Waynos,

No 3 & No 5 Correct
No 4 Incorrect.

My reference material lists No 1 as Alexeyev Project 150, but no doubt it's the same aircraft

I think that Alexeyev was the head of OKB-1 while Baade was the designer who came in from Junkers at the end of the war (I might have got that a bit confused as I haven't checked up on it)

No 4 was a complete guess because it looks like a Hiller design but the nose is all wrong.

I'm sure you're correct, I've since had a look around and there are a couple of web sites that refer to the design as by Baade at OKB-1 - it's certainly similar in layout to his airliner.

With regard to the helicopter, try Eastern Europe

I shouldn't really post this next one because it's currently on another quiz, but it has me stumped....looks rather Japanese to me

Thats odd, I tried to edit my last post this morning and change my guess on the helo and I never saw that it hadn't gone up as I was rushing out to watch Rotherham United lose again ( .
).

The words that went missing were ; "the only other thing it looks like to me is the CZAL Helibaby but I'm not sure"

By your reference to eastern Europe does that mean I was right?

Yep, that's it...

Zlin/Morovan (the manufacturer's name seems to be quite interchangeable) HC-2 / HC-102 Heli Baby...

Now just the aircraft with twin everything (cockpits, tail, engines....)

Peronemlin,

I'm intrigued by that picture of the CA-15 with a two bladed prop....

Where did the picture come from ?

Trickery & Chicanery !!!!!

I thought there was something "not quite right" with the CA-15 picture.....

Turns out that the picture is of a 1/6th flying scale model of a CA-15!!!

Check it out at www.airbornemagazine.com.au/artCA15.htm

The two bladed prop is a dead give away:shk:

No, of course not, I never figured it would that simple.....

But from that angle it could be a number of different aircraft, however it must be the Breguet Bre.482

I prefer to say that should be LINCOLN
