That would be called a quadruplane.

Any more than four sets of wings would just normally be called multiplane

This Armstrong Whitworth F.K.10 is an example of a quadruplane...


and the Armstrong Whitworth F.K.11 would be best described as a multiplane (unless you wanted to work out the Latin for this many wings)
