Waynos is back, and he has pictures

Some of these may look a bit iffy as they are scans direct from old aircraft books;

Veltro is correct with 3 & 5,

emile, there never was a 'Scimitar V-tail' so sorry. Spursfan is however s[pot on with his guesses of Supermarine 508 (though the Scimitar eventually resulted from this line of development it was an utterly different plane) and the Bretagne, the look of which I really like for some reason.

That just leaves picture 4 to be identified out of that selction .

It must be something about Russian types as that last one on my selection was also Russian, the Yakovlev Yak-12.

Here's a few more mouldy oldies, please note that number 2 has not been photographed after a crash;

#3. Lockheed EC-121 Constellation

I think it's an L model since it has the Rotodome.

Throughout its life the Lockheed Warning Star was used to test experimental radar and electronic equipment installations, including a rotodome installation on the WX-2E (above), later redesignated the EC-121L. After evaluation by the US Navy the EC-121L was used as a prototype for evaluation of systems later installed on the E-3 Sentry.
