It's easy to argue points remotely while protected by the remoteness and disconnectedness of the internet, online nonsense....

Bring your views and opinions into the real world, in the flesh, like these psychos that want to cut your head off....

Like most ideologies will if left to conduct business as they would see fit according to what they teach or believe.

The proof is all right before our very eyes patriots.
Many of these refugees are ruthless jihads.
Are we willing risk the safety of our citizens, our children and families to help these people?
I for one am not.

Look, they got the $h*t end of the stick but someone had to get it.
It’s one thing to be compassionate, but it’s another to be stupid.
I say leave them in their own countries. We WILL rescue them in the end.
As soon as we get a president who is willing to wipe this ISIS scum off the face of the planet their problems will be solved.

Of course, I don’t know how well vegetables will grow in NUCLEAR CONTAMINATED SAND but we’ll see.
Maybe they’ll grow twice as fast and we can solve their hunger problem at the same time.

Proof please, you are making the claim most of refugees are jihadist.

Your plan to nuke entire country for the radicals is idiotic and that is putting it nicely.

I love how fascism is always billed as a far right paradigm...Fascism is a form of socialism. It is socialism with a capitalist veneer, and thus it is easy for "right wing" to shift in that direction...it's almost like "socialism lite" or "diet socialism" just 1 calorie, still too much socialism for me haha
Fascism seeks to control people indirectly through regulations rather than direct controls...in many ways we are already living in a fascist nation.

Ummm..nope. I am pretty sure that Fascism is about attempting to control the lives of people. So far from that side we have them trying to take away a women's right to choose, to control another persons ability to get married ie..gay marriage, an attempt to instill religion into politics, get rid of Obamacare, even though the people have spoken through votes..TWICE... basically taking their votes away and offering no alternatives to it, would support Military coup if it would get them control of government, and want to take away the rights of Muslim Americans out of fear.

I am pretty sure that I am missing a few.

When I visited Auschwitz a few years ago, our tour guide pointed to an open area and said, 'One of the rules of the camp was that any prisoner who escaped would have his family members brought here and executed, as a warning to the rest of the prisoners. That (pointing) was where they would carry out those executions.'

Yesterday, Trump and co., with the utmost callousness imaginable, defended the notion that terrorists' families should be 'dealt with' as a deterrent to terrorism.

I wonder, Mr. Trump, whether you would extend the same 'privilege' to mass-shooters, the vast majority of whom are white, Christian, males. The number of people who die from gun violence in this country is exponentially more (hundreds of thousands over the last decade) than the 45 or so who have died as a result of 'jihadist radicals' in the same amount of time. So, clearly, the far bigger threat facing America comes from other segments of society.

Would you also suggest as a deterrent that their wives and children 'be dealt with'? Or is it the case that you feel skin colors and religions redefine the norms of justice?

It is truly terrifying to see mainstream leaders and presidential candidates talk so brazenly, to the cheers and clapping of mobs who would willingly and enthusiastically support Nazi tactics because they have been brainwashed and terrorized by a modern breed of fascist demagogues.

It is not the radical jihadists I fear. It is the Radical Right.

The sad reality is that the current climate of Islamophobia is not even meant to directly target Muslims! In other words, it's not emanating from a religious hatred, much less an existential threat (less people die from 'radical jihadist attacks' in America than people who are killed by accidents with their furniture).

The fact of the matter is that this climate is being intentionally stoked for political gains. Certain members of the Republican party need to promote a false narrative: that the Democrats in general, and Obama in particular, is soft on the threat of 'radical Islam' in N. America. Therefore, they greatly exaggerate this threat, smear the Democrats for not doing enough, and then claim that *they* will be the knight in shining armor who shall save the damsel of liberty from the clutches of those evil Mozlem barbarians.

The American Muslim community, are merely a sacrificial pawn in a far more sinister game of political chess.
Unfortunately, because they have been chosen as the sacrificial pawn, many millions of Americans genuinely believe that rhetoric, and the hate crimes will indeed spiral until this election season is over.

This also explains Trump's antics perfectly: he needs to demonize the Muslim community, and then proclaim that *he* shall save America from this non-existent threat.

Truth shall always prevail over falsehood in the end. I just hope and pray that no lives are lost at the hands of the Far Right as the level of hate and paranoia continues to rise to ever-alarming levels.

Considering that your whole "radical right" argument is predicated by a Dem boogieman (Trump) who is pretending to be a Republican, let me point out some true fascism that is prevalent on the front page of ATS -- Obama going after Gun companies, Yale suppressing freedom of speech etc etc. The totalitarians are on the Left pal. Wake up.

There is a big ideological, moral and "educated",..dare I say manly,...Difference? Between you and anything that has to do with "right".

Really? What vote was that?

The only vote directly about Obamacare I ever took the state I was in voted NO by a 70% margin.

If you are referring to the vote for Obama, Obamacare was not his platform either time.

How did that turn out for them..

I'm sure you love going to the doctor and paying over $100 for the visit, that's just for a checkup. God forbid they need to run some sort of test, then its exponentially more. If you are a recipient of ObamaCare, then you're welcome.. I guess.

Obama duped Americans into voting for him. Twice. And the Republicans did the same thing kind of political pandering to gain the House and Senate, capitalizing on the unpopularity of the AC act. But alas, Democrat or Republican politicians they are all the same now. Common citizens no longer have a voice, who really benefited from the ACA? Not me, not my family but I hear and see statistics that 30 million Americans now have "affordable" coverage. Great.... Clap Clap. And meanwhile big insurance companies get to benefit from higher premiums levied onto middle class Americans, whom are affected most.

It's not a choice, its a child. Abortion is Murder in the name of convenience. Its immoral and selfish. If you dont want a baby, use condoms, take birth control, or keep yer damn legs closed. Murder should not be an option.

Correct me if Im wrong, but theyve had the right to marry all along. In a courthouse, as a civil union. What they wanted was church marriage. Which is bullspit. They cant get a church marriage, because gay marriage does not fit the churchs definition of marriage. And any church that performs such a wedding is not following doctrine. I may be wrong.

Religion does not belong in politics. But neither should religion be banned from public expression. Teachers shouldnt be fired over Merry Christmas. We are promised freedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion.

Totalitarians are on the left. They are also on the right, during republican presidencies. Whatever team holds the white house is facist until their turn is over, then suddenly start whining and pointing fingers at the other team for doing the same # they just did themselves.

Remember, Obama was elected saying hed stop tapping phones and the patriot act, forgot all about it while in office, and tried to pass the cyber security act.

You make a big point about "Mass Shooters" and how they're all white males, but fail to touch on the fact that a huge majority % of the gun crime in this country is done by African Americans against other African Americans. So right off the bat anyone who's paying attention knows you don't care about the real facts, just your agenda.

Also the left has been using the same tactic in the US for years. Using the media to push their agenda. But when Conservatives begin to push back we are evil Christen NAZIs. We try to expose RADICAL Islam and are told we can't use that term because it hurts someones feelings. But their is no issue with lumping all conservatives as fanatical right wing Christan fanatics.

Joseph Goebbels would be elated of the PC police and what they have accomplished.

Sorry doesn't count.

To use the Geneva convention you must have a declared war.

Also it only hold for UNIFORMED military members. It is completely legal to summarily execute people caught fighting out of uniform as they are classified as Pirates, spies or "Francs-tireurs". (IE Militia, guerrillas, partisan, etc.)

SO Geneva convention holds NO sway over the "War on Terror" sense it is not even a declared war.

I fear both the right and the left !

Seeing so many of the same members constantly fighting and going over the same stuff thread after thread is really getting rather scary and boring.

It's pretty constant around here lately, and it's pretty predictable who's going to go to what thread and say what and fight with who ever ... Surely your sick of it by now and need to give ground from both sides !

What's wrong with being centred and sitting in the middle ?
Sometimes the right is right sometimes the left is wrong, and visa versa, where's the denying ignorance from both sides ?

I seriously don't get why your either right or left and can't see good and bad from both sides.

Seriously frustrating, we are all one species aiming for the same thing.

A Happy Healthy Life !

If you knew your family members would be killed for your actions, would you commit the crime?

Many are probably committing the act because their family members were killed.

Unfortunately you are correct. Many in the world hold a familiar "grudge" against ANYTHING that blemishes the family and this debt is inherited by the children. The ONLY thing to stop it is one side or the other dies completely. If both side have this same idea then we get the Hatfields and McCoys on an international setting. Unfortunately the Bedouin's also had this in their history and Islam comes out of this culture. (To be fair it also is in the Asian, Hispanic and other cultures also.) But combining this idea with Islam is a very volatility thing to do.

1) Where is your evidence that the "majority of mass shooters were white Christian males"? From what I've read many of them leaned more towards atheism or anarchy, or were non-religious.

2) By immediately mentioning the "hundreds of thousands" of gun crime victims following this statement about white males, you are implying that white Christian males are a major source of gun crime. As others have pointed out this is patently false based on FBI data. Most gun crime is a result of gang violence or the war on drugs.

3) You say the far right is demonizing a whole group of people (Muslims) and that "Truth shall prevail over falsehood in the end". Well, the radical left demonizes a whole group of people (legal gun owners) even after mass shootings that are known to be terrorist / jihad inspired events.

If truth is to prevail you would have to acknowledge that the whole Islamaphobia narrative that you fear is exactly what the left does with their hoplophobic, anti-gun narrative.

source

Most mass shooters are white, Christian males. If you want more stats or links, I can provide them.

Legal gun owners should be fine. But so many of their guns end up in the hands of unstable family members and friends. That is one issue that should be solved.

Nope wrong again.

The source you posted doesn't even say that. In fact it all it say is that only 3% is related to Muslims and does not even talk about who did the rest. So that means the other 97% are WCM?

heyjackass.com...

This is the current year stats in Chicago.

www.shootingtracker.com...

Here is a list of "All" the mass shooting in the US this year. Note that most are done by "unknown"
Also notice that it does not include MOST of the shootings in Chicago.

Total in US Killed: 457 Wounded: 1317 Total Shootings: 353
Total in Chicago Killed: 425 Wounded: 2456 Total Shootings: (Didn't count but I bet it is close if not more.)

Umm Seems to be a problem with these two stats. Remember. I said the second DID NOT have all the Chicago shootings recorded. Wonder why? Maybe because it would show that MOST shooting in the US are NOT WCM?

OK lets say that the second is only showing "Mass" shooting. Then that means there is more black on black shooting in Chicago then ALL mass shootings in the US. Still does not help the agenda does it?

Also remember that Chicago has some of the toughest gun laws in the US.

Also If I kill you or rob you and take your stuff its YOUR fault? Not the person that committed the crime to get your stuff?
(Of course we all know that someone that is going to commit a crime would NEVER break the law.)
