With the ongoing opinion polls, I thought I'd throw this into the mix.

They have to have a veep. What kind of results would emerge from this kind of match-up?

Please abide by all previous polling rules.

I'll try to tabulate after a few pages.

Thank you.

I think Clinton/Sanders would win.

Not that I want Clinton, but better than the other choice. I think Americans--at least I hope-- are smarter than letting a loudmouth and a heavy evangelical run the country.

Very good, right off the bat we've got "I think Americans--at least I hope-- are smarter than letting a loudmouth and a heavy evangelical run the country."

You're bias is showing

Trump/Cruz

If Sanders is willing to take the Clinton VP slot it means everything he's said up to now is ultimately a lie, and he really is bought and paid for somehow.

The president doesn't 'run the country', corporations do.

Isn't there a public realm 'trending' meter available that monitors social media to give us a "poll" of candidates?

The news media tells us who is 'in the lead' all the time. The "poll'' threads on ATS aren't really that broad spectrum.

Is that secret information, what the people really think?

TRUMP/CRUZ

I am sure that I will become very unpopular amoungst the "Clintonians" however, I have to agree with Tim Constantine, as he is spot on point;

Hillary herself has only a handful of lines in her own video, the most prominent of which was “Everyday Americans need a champion and I want to be that champion.” Note to Hillary: Everyday Americans include straight men and traditional families. If an outsider watched this video they would believe America is overwhelmingly female and at least half gay or lesbian. Reaching those niche voters is one thing, but ignoring mainstream America is just bad politics.

But Hillary Rodham Clinton’s most disturbing weakness may be that she still doesn’t know who she is. She has hired yet another image consultant to determine how to present candidate Hillary to the voting public. If you’re nearly 68 years old and have been in the public eye for 35 years but need someone else to tell you who you are and what your message should be, you’re not ready for the U.S. presidency.

And we’re not ready for Hillary.

TRUMP/CRUZ

I feel like your trying to shove Hillary down my throat here.

Those of us who are equally tired of establishment politics don't want Hillary any more than you fed up conservatives want Bush.

A lot of Sanders supporters cringe at the thought of voting for Hillary, so the best your gonna get is a severely skewed poll.

Make it Sanders/Warren vs Trump/Cruz and let's see what happens.

Happy to entertain you.

Just remember, it's the last laugh that counts and I have a feeling that come January 2017, those won't be tears of joy rolling down your face.

But then, only time will tell.
