Oh, my God! I wept when I read the link you provided to the Daily Mail article. I had no idea that was going on. Someone at ATS kept asking why Israel was immune to jihadist attacks and found it to be suspicious. It looks like there is the answer. I have to say I feel respect for The Daily Mail for reporting this story and I also have to say I have great respect for military medics no matter what their country of origin.

Sorry to burst your bubble but the Daily Mail is not a credible news outlet, its known as the Daily Wail and is frequently publishing suspect news.

Yes, I know about The Daily Mail. I've read many articles there over the years and often found it to be tabloid-like. I learned a long time ago from someone in the know that tabloids can be used by good people to reveal what other publications won't touch. This particular time I find this report to be authentic. It's a hunch. I stand behind what I wrote unless I find out otherwise, enough to make me change my mind. You didn't burst my bubble but Israel definitely has some sort of insurance against radical Islamic attacks and the article makes sense to me.... for what it's worth at this early hour EST.

The current administration looks like a JOKE!

No wonder ISIS has been on the rise.

That is disgraceful. How man lives were lost due to incompetence by the Kenyan Communist?

Probably not as many had we booted him out of power and ISIS grabbed control like they did with Iraq. Saddam was a bad guy, too ... and well, you see what happened after we murdered him.

No body likes a smart arse ; besides what is it with your avatar ; hidden face like that of DAESH animals , tsk , tsk , tsk .

This information about Russian stealth technology can be found on various sources .

Former US Air Force intelligence officer analyses why did Turkey shoot down a Russian Air Force jet. Read more: in.sputniknews.com...

Whatever this technology is, it’s a game changer and I’m certain that breaking this technology has been given an extremely high priority.
So why did Turkey shoot down the Russian jet? I suspect somebody wants the Russians to start using this stealth technology more often, often enough for its weaknesses to be exposed.

Shooting down that Russian jet might just get the Russians motivated to do that. If I’m correct I bet every Raven and ELINT specialist in the business has been deployed to that theater of operations to hack this one! One can only imagine how many resources are being amassed.

Putin is gone , yesterday's news he is .

Kapitalist of Russia , Ukraine , Georgia have occurred giantic losses under Putin and it ain't gonna get better under Putin's guidance either .

Just take a look at the Russian Economy and understand that the Russian Money doesn't want WAR at all .

What is going to really tickle your fancy is the fact that good'ol Sergey Shoygu is actually en ethnic Turk of Russia and he is going to be the next husband of Rodina .

F**k KGB / FSA and it's spooks ; Sergey is a Russian Defence minister who has successfully lead the Russian Army thru hard times in Ukraine & Syria ; Hero of Russian People , Sergey is quietly groomed by the Kapitalist for the presidency of Russia .

You think Rodina will be left to the Mercy of Putin & Co ; that shows you how little you really understand Russia and Russian people .

Also it would be fair to say that you probably think you've figured me all out .

You can learn about me and where I am coming from by following this link ;

You have no idea ; suffice to say that I stand for Rodina while you stand for fascism .

I saw this OP when I logged in this a.m. and simply couldn't believe it.

This is nothing less than huge. And, unless I've missed an update, it puts the US at odds with France, at the very least, as the last time I saw the French president on TV he was stating that Assad must go.

Pretty obvious that Putin's in the drivers seat at this point.
And with the incompetence coming out of Washington, that's probably for the best.

When Sergey is president of Russia ; Turks & Russians will get even closer .

Valhalla is in trouble more then ever ; Yorgo is in charge not for long .

GrandTurk has other plans .

You don't get to be the member of ATS over 10 years by " making things up " ; there is a robust crowd here that would deny ignorance .

Putin's defense minister is an ethnic ORTHODOX Turk and it is safe to say that you had no idea about it .

One dimensional understanding of Russian - Turkish relations which you displayed has attracted me to respond to your posts ; You seem to be ignorantly supporting Fascists .

I am merely trying to help another user in ATS by sharing information which is not otherwise available to majority of users .

Do stop taking things faaar too personal and do stop resorting to race/nation - baiting tactics .

My avatar is a fairly accurate representation of my face .

With Saddam...I supported two strategies...Niether of which the US followed.

(1) Ignore him. Let the people of Iraq rise up when it reached a tipping point and take out their own garbage.

(2) In and Out..Saddam was a tyrant and he was a tyrant that challenged us. We shouldn't have gone into Iraq, but once committed...we should have rolled in (we did)...toppled his regime (we did)...found Saddam (we did) ...and turn him over to the people of Iraq for trial (we did) AND THEN IMMEDIATELY LEAVE...Mission accomplished. Let the Iraqi people sort out their country...no occupation, no oil deals posing as reconstruction...no exportation of US style democracy. The next dictator would look at it as a worst case scenario when they challenge the US. We will roll in, find you, kill you and leave.

With Assad/Syria...Just like Libya, Egypt etc. We did not start the revolution/civil war, but thought it in our best interest to support the uprisings vs. stand by why those people got slaughtered.

Those uprisings or revolutions happened without us.

Doing nothing risked the winner of those uprisings having ill-feelings toward the US. In each case their was loud rumblings that the USA should be supporting the peoples uprising against dictators...AND those rumblings were GOP...mostly led by John McCain and Lindsay Grahm's sect of the party.

Our path was the worst of both...we neither invaded, nor stayed out of it.

The drawn out instability gave ISIS and Russia both an opportunity. If we had gone in heavy early, Russia would have stayed out of it. If we hadn't gotten involved, Assad would have killed something close to a half million civilians in a cleansing campaign and the US would have lost credibility in the world as it stood by and watched.

Now ISIS is the worst of all options. Assad? No matter what happens his days are numbered. He should stay as a figure-head, a useful tool until ISIS is destroyed, but he will be gone shortly after ISIS is settled there. He wont be tolerated by anyone in a post civil war Syria...not the USA, Not the Russians, not the Syrian people...Assad has already lost credibility as a leader for letting his country descend into civil war, letting ISIS take large regions...and needing Russia to bail him out..even by a Tyrants standard he has utterly failed.

Asad can stay for the time being which already was agreed by all parties concerned .

Membership on ATS for 10 years require that user should not make things up because he will be find out .

Which was what you have accused me doing .

You are obviously not Russian but you still act like there is a dog in race that you own .

If I had to guess I would put you somewhere east of Lonsdale Street in the Melbourne city centre.

You have provided no evidence of your claim at all and have a tendency to make these fantastical claim without proof so you being a member for 10 years is a moot point really.

I don't know why in this topic we are talking about Russian Minister of Defence. This is totally off-topic. But, having a little been tired of endless lie spewed by 23432, I would like to mention that Mr. Shoigu is Tuvinian (ethnically speaking).

The Tuvans' recent ethnic history is rooted in Mongol, Turkic, and Samoyedic groups of peoples.

According to Ilya Zakharov of Moscow's Vavilov Institute of General Genetics, genetic evidence suggests that the modern Tuvan people are the closest genetic relatives to the Indigenous peoples of the Americas.

My bad , do tell which city kingdom you hail from ?

You are like the Byzantines ; They also refused to believe that the city would fall .

While the Turks were knocking on the door ; Byzantines were asking the Oracles for the evidence of the miracles .

Your claims about this issue are mostly moot'ery in action I am afraid .

Yeah man we all know Turks bad , Russians good .

The Tuvans or Tuvinians (Tuvan: Тывалар, Tyvalar; Mongolian: Тува) are a Turkic ethnic group living in southern Siberia.

Tuvans are one of the first Turkic tribes in existence .

We are talking about Sergey because that is the price Putin has paid for Asad staying for the time being .

Sergey's surname gives the game away but I suppose you don't know how to speak Turk's tongue .
