Need a little help, though maybe you all could help.

I am looking for military and government sites that are for sale. What I am looking for:

Preferably a site with an underground bunker. Also, an airstrip for landing small jets.

I want to buy the land and have my headquarters for an independent film studio there.

They have several diferent missile bases for sale, (most of them renovated to live in). They also have the well known "SiloHome". The silohome also has a landing strip. www.silohome.com...

Well as far as I know, these are decomissioned sites with all "sensitive" material removed. And nothing should need to be built on most of these sites. (They are already renovated). But I would look at that site and E-mail those people if you are serious about buying such a property.
