Yea I see that nonsense daily. I'm just saying that a large part of it is unfounded. Not that all of it isn't unfounded (and that certainly isn't being meant in a partisan aspect either). It's just that most of that distrust is built up on believing years of hyperbole and doom porn that never actually happens.

I was wondering if I were the only person in the U.S. that would vote for Vladimir Putin for President over the entire field of current candidates? Maybe not Putin specifically, but a clone of him that was a U.S. citizen and had the U.S. interests at heart.

Vladimir Putin isn't perfect, but he is the kind of strong, charismatic leader I want for our country. He puts his country first and doesn't goof around with being PC and pandering to a base. He simply DOES what he thinks is right.

Personally, I would vote for him given the chance. We need a real leader not some politically correct wuss like we have now.

Our country deserves better than what we have and what we will be getting in 2016.

We finally agree on something!!!

There needs to be a strong candidate that will put the country first without sounding like a total moron. Personally, I would feel better being the USA's shirt if that were to happen.

I have no problem with you opposing me. For all I truly know, you may be right.

But that things need to change is obvious, isn't it? Now, the means to the end are where many will disagree...including, apparently, you and I.

Iceland may, or may not, be the road to follow, that we'll only know when we decide that changes need to occur. I would never advocate leaping before we look at all the angles.

Supposedly that's what political discourse is all about.

I'll admit, Russia has done more damage to ISIS in 1 month then NATO has done in almost 2 years. At least the man can get sh*t done.

It's been three months, and ISIS has downed a Russian passenger plane, killed hundreds in Paris and dozens in California. The United States has been assisting Iraq, which is why ISIS is stronger in Syria. Please stop watching RT if you want to know what is really going on.

You can choose Edward Snowden for President as well.
That's what RT seems to suggest anyway :

Yeah, what America needs right now is a imperial homophobe who persecutes gays and assassinates political enemies.

And his ridiculous need to be 'macho' from riding horseback shirtless, fixing hockey games so he will singlehandedly win for his team and more is beyond laughable. He makes Trump look understated.

You Putinites and your blind willingness to follow this man simply because he stands up to the US are blind yourselves. He does what he does simply for Russian self interest. He is no hero.

Interesting. And i thought it was business as usual for ISIS lately.

Let's see, they have retreated very little on the ground in either Iraq and Syria, carried out at least 3 attacks killing multiple people on foreign soil, and carry on executing and subjugating their own.

Yeah! Great job, Putin!

But im assuming you are in the ground in either Iraq or Syria and see real change.

His recent missteps with Turkey prove he is not even serving Russia's interests, only his own vanity.

Vote for Vlad..

If you want to be ruled for the rest of his natural life!!

Oh and no opposition or descenting voices.

Or simply put, he has no competition or opposition strong enough to confront him.
Not to mention his popularity not only in his country but worldwide.
And before you say, "oh he's killing his opponents and surpressing medias", hey bud cold war is over.

Putin is trying to restart the cold war. Thats what he wants.

Or the other way around ...
NATO needs to face 'big bad Russia' to justify its own existence.

No, he wants to revive the Soviet Union on the cheap. He just can't understand why Ukraine and Kazakhstan aren't begging to be ruled from Moscow again.

I've lost faith that this country will EVER elect a true Patriot.

Looking out for America first is a PC sin. The media would assail them like sharks in a feeding frenzy.

Exactly like what they are doing to Trump.

Not saying I support Trump, or that I do not. I'm just saying that what they are doing to him is a prime example of what an "America First" candidate would face.

Putin is an international gangster in my opinion. But if someone would vote for Putin if were an American citizen and had our best interests as his own, it simply shows how low our own President Obama has descended. Obama probably couldn't even get elected to a local animal control officer position today.

No doubt he commands respect internationally, but Putin continually bolsters his armed forces and nuclear weapons and he
is an international bully! We need a President willing to build up our military so we can confront him and negotiate with him from a position of strength rather than weakness. Vladimir now has his sights on Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania Who knows what will follow after that!

Hillary Clinton will mean four more years of Obama's failed policies. She certainly is not the person who will confront Putin going forward. Sanders even less so! And Trump would likely lead to World War 3 despite the fact that Sir Donald actually has Putin's endorsement! Trump's election would play right into Putin's hands. Heaven forbid!

We had one. He started World War II by annexing Czechoslovakia.

Funny that some Americans want a communist for president, but fear a socialist whom they also call a communist for president.

Trying to find the logic. Oh and Obama is a communist too, but not as good of a communist as Putin i suppose. Can't figure it out! LOL Maybe if Obama sent political dissenters to a Gulag in Minnesota and Sanders rode a horse topless? Hmmm.
