Duplicate Threads Question

The last time i checked, the only exception to the no duplicate threads, were one in breaking news, and one in another forum.

Has that changed?

Breaking ALTERNATIVE News and one other forum is the only exception. And even then depending on subject, Staff may still close one. But that doesn't happen very often.
