Says the person who did not read the source which has nothing to do with names.

I read the source and far, far more. My statement stands. Your reply to the statement that Hitler was not a socialist was a floppy fish of deflection and diversion to start with. The latest conservative lifeline is broken. Face it.

So your rebuttal is "you only go by names" .. and when I prove that wrong by saying no I did not I sourced it ... your new reply is "source is wrong don't have to say how".

Gotcha.

You can deny it all you want. You want another clue as to who can become like Hitler? Hitler ordered for car manufacturers to make a "car of the people". Volswagen means in German "People's Automobile". Does it remind you of another leader who nationalized an entire car manufacturing company, and told them what sort of cars they should be building?

What about healthcare? Didn't you know that Hitler used nationalized healthcare for the extermination of minorities?... But hey, you want to claim "he was right wing"...

Here is another clue showing how Hitler was socialist, and not right winger.

This is a paper by physician and anthropologist Marc S. Micozzi, M.D., Ph.D.

National Health Care: Medicine in Germany, 1918-1945
Does the modern bureaucratization of medicine risk a return to the horrors of national socialist medicine?

Marc S. Micozzi M.D.

Monday, November 01, 1993

Marc S. Micozzi, M.D., Ph.D., a physician and anthropologist, directs the National Museum of Health and Medicine in Washington, D.C., which recently brought from Berlin the exhibition, “The Value of the Human Being: Medicine in Germany 1918-1945,” curated by Christian Pross and Götz Aly.

Today we are concerned about issues such as doctor-assisted suicide, abortion, the use of fetal tissue, genetic screening, birth control and sterilization, health-care rationing and the ethics of medical research on animals and humans. These subjects are major challenges in both ethics and economics at the end of the twentieth century. But at the beginning of the twentieth century the desire to create a more scientific medical practice and research had already raised the issues of euthanasia, eugenics, and medical experimentation on human subjects. In addition, the increasing involvement of the German government in medical care and funding medical research established the government-medical complex that the National Socialists later used to execute their extermination policies.

The German social insurance and health care system began in the 1880s under Bismarck. Ironically, it was part of Bismarcksanti-socialist legislation, adopted under the theory that a little socialism would prevent the rise of a more virulent socialism.
...
Medical concerns which had largely been in the private domain in the nineteenth century increasingly became a concern of the state. The physician began to be transformed into a functionary of state-initiated laws and policies. Doctors slowly began to see themselves as more responsible for the public health of the nation than for the individual health of the patient. It is one thing to see oneself as responsible for thenations healthand quite another to be responsible for an individual patients health. It is one thing to be employed by an individual, another to be employed by the government.

Under the Weimar Republic these reforms resulted in clearly improved public health. However, the creativity, energy, and fundamental reforms found in social medicine during the Weimar Republic seem in retrospect a short and deceptive illusion. Medical reformers had wanted to counter the misery inherited from the first World War and the Second Empire on the basis of comprehensive disease prevention programs. In the few years available to the social reformers, they had remarkable success. But in connection with these reforms the doctor’s role changed from that of advocate, adviser, and partner of the patient to a partner of the state.

With the world economic crisis of 1929, welfare state expenditures had to be reduced for housing, nutrition, support payments, recreation and rehabilitation, and maternal and child health. What remained of the humanistic goals of reform were state mechanisms for inspection and regulation of public health and medical practice. Economic efficiency became the major concern, and health care became primarily a question of cost-benefit analysis. Under the socialist policies of the period, this analysis was necessarily applied to the selection of strong persons, deemed worthy of support, and the elimination of weak andunproductivepeople. The scientific underpinning of cost-benefit analyses to political medical care was provided by the new fields of genetics and eugenics.

Remember anyone who said "it might not be cost effective to treat/give life saving operations to the elderly? and instead perhaps they should just be using "painkillers"?...

by Andrew Walden

Obama answering a question written by a campaign worker and given to her daughter to read from a card. Today at the New Hampshire Town Hall meeting, Boston Globe:

Responding to Julia -- an honors student entering grade 6 at the Cheverus School -- Obama said:

"Well . . . I've seen some of those signs,'' prompting laughter. "Let me just be specific about some things that I've been hearing lately that we just need to dispose of here. The rumor that's been circulating a lot lately is this idea that somehow the House of Representatives voted for "death panels" that will basically pull the plug on grandma because we've decided that we don't -- it's too expensive to let her live anymore. And there are various -- there are some variations on this theme.''

According to a White House transcript, Obama continued:

"It turns out that I guess this arose out of a provision in one of the House bills that allowed Medicare to reimburse people for consultations about end-of-life care, setting up living wills, the availability of hospice, et cetera. So the intention of the members of Congress was to give people more information so that they could handle issues of end-of-life care when they're ready, on their own terms. It wasn't forcing anybody to do anything. This is I guess where the rumor came from.''

Compare this to June 24th, ABC National Town Hall on Health Care:

WSJ: At one point in the town hall, broadcast from the East Room by ABC news, a woman named Jane Sturm told the story of her 105-year-old mother, who, at 100, was told by an arrhythmia specialist that she was too old for a pacemaker. She ended up getting a second option, and the operation, for which Ms. Sturm credits her survival.

OBAMA: I don't think that we can make judgments based on people's spirit. Uh, that would be, uh, a pretty subjective decision to be making. I think we have to have rules that, uh, say that we are gonna provide good quality care for all people. End-of-life care is one of the most difficult sets of decisions that we're going to have to make. But understand that those decisions are already being made in one way or another. If they're not being made under Medicare and Medicaid, they're being made by private insurers. At least we can let doctors know -- and your mom know -- that you know what? Maybe this isn't going to help. Maybe you're better off, uh, not having the surgery but taking, uhhh, the painkiller.

Want to see the responses of other liberals who to this day want to implement eugenics, and have done so in fact?...

...
Justice Ginsburg: "Yes, the ruling about that surprised me. [Harris v. McRae -- in 1980 the court upheld the Hyde Amendment, which forbids the use of Medicaid for abortions[b/]. Frankly I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don't want to have too many of. So that Roe was going to be then set up for Medicaid funding for abortion."

You are right but there is something to be said of this most ironic and unholy alliance.

Never noticed how these two groups that ought to hate each other always come to each other's defence? It might be a little one sided however as the Islamists would love nothing more than to exterminate the progressives. Very reminiscent of a kidnap victim suffering from Stockholm syndrome.

Well, we're talking about the two groups with the most pathological victim mentalities around. One with the most externalized control loci among the people's of the World, the other with a nauseating narcissistic obsession with inflating the victim mentalities of others. Their track record of churning out entitled victimized babies is nothing short of stellar. It's a symbiotic relationship really, with the Muslim playing the patriarchal and oppressive masculine role while the progressive boyman plays the subdued feminine saviour trying to save the bad boy fanatic.

Opposites attract they say. I hope they know what their fate will be should Islam prevail in place of Western ideals. They'll be the first ones to die. The naivete of some of these feminists is astounding, if they actually had agency instead of being constantly manipulated by other groups with agency they would vote themselves into slavery and Western democracy would be replaced by paedophilia, Jihad and endless rape.

By the way OP, Jared was a member on this site. Notice that To Kill a Mockingbird is one of his favourite books? Very suspicious.

Where I'm at, if there's political violence and intimidation you can bet that it is coming from the left. We actually had some idiot politician talking about violent revolution and AK47's here in Sweden. This is a politician of the ruling party espousing a violent socialist revolution if needed... in a country which already is the most extreme centre of cultural Marxism in the World.

The idiocy and brainwashing beggars belief. I am constantly amazed, really.

Who are you that you can label anyone you don't like as a socialist? Are you some kind of authority or expert or just another obsessively deranged conservative?

The word "socialist" keeps getting thrown out there, which I consider to be a really broad term has historical negative stigma (Nazi and Communism) but would be damned interesting to see the government plunder capitalism and do something about the obscene disproportion of wealth as Sanders describes. The left is all about "Welfarism" which is basically giving leverage to the poorest classes of people a handle by which to govern. I must say it is kinds of scary to think a class of people can basically "invade" a geographic region and take over the government by sheer numbers (influx of immigrants). Now we are seeing the Muslims in Europe taking over, and who is to say we won't have the same issues with India or China in the future. Sorry this drifted off-topic, but when I started looking at "Left Wing Terrorism", had to explore further.

While the Left versus Right battles on in the US, the UN is busy redistributing populations globally and the result is reducing great countries to 3rd world status, police states and possibly war zones. Both Left and Right are too busy fighting among themselves to realize that the UN is bringing the jihad to us. How is this not an Islamic State attempt at global domination? A population of 1.8 billion that has no real estate other than what they take on the battlefield is more than happy to come invade your country. Why is it politically correct to support an invasion of your homeland while you do nothing to oppose this action?

Well, what you "consider" socialism to be is incorrect. (Might want to do some remedial research. Nazis were not Socialist, nor are Commies.) Defining Capitalism, Communism, Fascism, Socialism

...would be damned interesting to see the government plunder capitalism and do something about the obscene disproportion of wealth as Sanders describes.
Yes, it would! Almost starred your post at this point.....

but then....
Now the UN is bringing jihad?

Muslims have plenty of real estate. Maybe we should stay out of their yards.

You know, learn to make do with what we have, rather than spending billions decimating and then rebuilding and "claiming" ownership over other cultures' countries.

Beyond the word "Sanders", your post is a bunch of delusional nonsense.

Who am I? one of the millions of people who lived and experienced life under a socialist/communist regime, Cuba, and see the same "changes" happen to the United States.

Not only was Hitler's political party called "national socialism". Not only did he make speeches about socialism similar to other speeches made by other socialist leaders who became dictators. But his policies were very socialist, yet to this day left wingers the world over don't want to admit the fact that people like Hitler and Mussolini brought a new form of socialism known as fascism.

There has been a lot of re-writing of history done mostly by very left wing professors trying to claim Hitler's and Mussolini's fascism was right wing, when in fact they were left wing dictators.

Any form of extremism is bad. I am not condoning what the pp shooter did, and he should be dealt with with the harshest penalty under the law. But this inability by the left to admit left wing extremist groups right under their noses, who constantly call for violence against sections of the population shows how one sided this argument, and problem is.

Where is the NLBS from ATS pointing out how extremist the BLM is? This has nothing to do with race. I have pointed out that other "socialist extremist" groups rallied with the BLM to protest, if it can be called that, and demand for their views to be accepted or else. Including threatening with, and committing violence.

Not all left wingers are the same, not all left wingers are extremists, but you need to wake up before it's too late and you are also labeled as an enemy, as a racist, even if you are part of a minority, by these extremists groups for not siding with them. Because it will happen eventually.

I think you need to wake up that we are not in Cuba. Not even an island. Most of us can distinguish between social programs and fascists governments. And irregardless of how conservatives want to convince the world that we are a lazy bunch, they are wrong. We already screw our wounded veterans because conservatives want to lump social programs as something designed by Hitler.

I know we are not in Cuba... But you need to wake up to the fact that there are a lot of people working to implement socialism, and even communism in the U.S...

As for social programs... it depends on what manner they are used... When you try to make all Americans pay for abortion, whatever their stand point on that issue, you are forcing your view on all Americans.

But anyway...nice try to change the topic...
