Russian Gulag

At first in the dream, everyone was mandatory to work for the Russians, but it seemed voluntary.

Then in the next sequence of the dream, there was no choice and humans were moved to a prison camp. In the dream the word gulag came to my mind.

I was not okay being in this place, although everyone else seemed like it was okay for them. They knew they would be there three years but didn't have a problem with it.

I'm not going with this I said and woken up.

I did not see people being killed just no freedom and mandatory labor in the camp.

My dreams are never literal. What may the symbolism be of this dream?

Held prisoner. Not feeling free. Trapped in a situation. Or not ok with something currently in your life. Trouble at work. Or a bad boss.

Symbolism is hard to figure out sometimes. The other night I dreamed it was Christmas and a family of Muslims was making pizza, and all was good. Somehow those 3 things together made sense in my dream.
I'm guessing my mind muddled together the immigrants coming to Canada and it's almost Christmas and pizza is always good.

Probably left the TV on. The United States has the largest prison population.

Even the main scream media says so…
