Ah yes, I've seen those mason jar beehives before. Judging by the comments in the various articles I've read on mason jar beehives, it seems to be very impractical and inefficient, unfortunately

ive been interested into getting into beekeeping for a while, although my damn dog eats them *shakes fist*.

where i think this could be useful is in a poor access location with a pneumatic triggering setup, remote reservoir, and some good cameras. thus only needing to be accessed at a minimum. that would be pretty good for inner city living!

Definitely. I may consider getting the super before I move to an acreage, to get my baring on the industry; and we have a very small yard

HAHAHAHA My dog eats em too,(usually it's yellow jackets tho) stupid dog! She makes the funniest faces when she gets stung, but damned if she don't like them "spicy bugs"!
