In America you get thrown in jail for having your pants to low . While in Saudi Arabia you do not have to cover your face contrary to popular belief . Which one was the stone age country again .

I have always heard that, but I don't believe it.
More than likely it started like every other fad. Someone cool was doing it, then more people followed.
I always felt it started with 'hand-me-downs' in poorer communities. someone was wearing their older brothers pants and made it cool.

I dont know about mission creep, I do know that the modern 8/4 pm all children of same age go to same class, part of the Rockefeller indoctrination in the 1920s if I remember right = creates obediant mindset for when they join the [slave] labour force
