As known, following the supposed terrorist attacks in Paris and San Bernardino, further gun control was called for. However now presidential candidates from both sides are pushing for more government spying and surveillance. Some are even calling for new deals for the government to have cooperation with large technology companies and social media websites.

Both Clinton and Kasich called for a new deal between the government and tech companies to circumvent encryption – but the companies have been resistant to such a deal, arguing that it would put too much private customer information at risk. In June, Apple CEO Tim Cook attacked rivals Google and Facebook for being too willing, he said, to turn over customer information. Clinton called on “the best minds in the private sector and public sector” to “come together to help us deal with this evolving threat”.

“We’re going to need help from Facebook, and from YouTube, and from Twitter,” Clinton said on ABC News.

Hard to believe the media is daft enough to even ask Clinton anything.

Her responses should first have: "Double, double, toil and trouble. Fire burn and cauldron bubble!" Prior to any further comments made by a corrupt witch like that..

When the consequential effect of terrorist attacks that kill innocent civilians is to further punish innocent civilians under the guise of "security and protection" by taking away freedoms and increasing surveillance of the civilian population, it leads me to conclude that the terrorists must be on the bloody governments payroll because the terrorists are not punished, civilians are.

As another member eluded to a while back, this surveillance and freedom usurping can be likened to fishing out all of the worlds oceans of fish, because some sharks kill.

Problem - reaction - solution........all packaged by the government for convenience in bringing about the New World Order.

I love how .gov admits it can't do its job while already spying on everyone.

Both political parties are calling for more spying, so their followers are more likely to agree to it. Afterall, if both factions are saying the same thing then it must be right a?

No Fly Lists. Terrorist watch lists. Gun Control. Spying.

Are all useless.

Because a person isn't a criminal/Terrorist.

Until they ACT.
