We will see how this folds when it comes to Mosul.
When The Iraqi forces (Peshermga) begin their attack on Mosul and ISIS strong holds around the Northern part of Mosul.


I bet these ISIS strong holds consists of Turkish and US trained rebels.... the so called Kurdish Pershmerga.


When this happeneds i bet the US will go out and claim that Iraq and Russia once again are bombing US supported moderate rebels.

EDIT:

The US are now starting to move into Jordan to try and build stability there...
This could have something to do With Mosul. The US knows what ever interests they have in the Northern part of Iraq will soon be over.

Doubt it and you can't find it on that site either.

Their source goes to a page that doesn't exist, and I doubt that study ever did.

And a government that has support from that amount of it's citizens don't have a civil war.
