They released tracer elements, which were in the parts per million at the time they were released. That means that there wouldn't be enough left, by the time they reached the ground to even be detectable, let alone to affect anyone. And they released them far above where planes fly, and far above where it could affect us.

I don't understand... You KNOW that members like Zaphod are going to research any claim you make here...so why lie? What is the point of that last post of yours? Either:

1: you knew its not true, yet you posted anyway, for whatever reason.

Or

2: You read or heard it on some bullsh*t peddling site like Alex Jones' and are blindly reposting it without bothering to spend a few minutes to check if the info is true.

Which one is it buddy? I'm honestly confused by people like you who do this when anything they post is easily verifiable

Well, well, well...here we are in 2018 and whattaya know... chemtrails ARE real! They are NOT contrails. " it's really serious" So says Lt.. Colonel Royston Potter, who represents a network of military elites who feels it is time to tell the TRUTH about SAIs , their technical name. I recommend you watch the last few vids by this man before trying to discredit him.

The below video from YT Is LT. specifically stating about searching the internet to "know they are real" and how "then CIA Director John Brennan discussed this (SAIs). And it is warfare on us". His words towards the end of the video.

As said, please show which aircraft fly in the stratosphere and can possibly carry some kind of payload to leave an impact on the planet.

The TRUTH is that a Lt. Col is a dime a dozen. He doesn't bring anything to the table that hasn't been heard over and over. Just because he has a title doesn't make him the go to authority.

Potter is the typical Stolen Valor type of character: his 'military career' was soooo secret, there were no records of him ever being in the military--so he claimed.

Not so, in fact. A FOIA request revealed the following. He completed 28 years of combined active and reserve duty in the Army. Here's the interesting part: he went 28 years and retired without receiving a single personal decoration. That is almost impossible to achieve. You have to try hard to do nothing, and hope they let you keep your commission, which is how this guy did it. The only decorations he received were service awards that are automatically given for simply being there and breathing the air.

Not a single award for commendation, achievement or meritorious service. In 28 years. That says a lot about his character.

He's a self-serving attention hound. If it's entertainment you're after, look no further because he does entertain. If you'd like to learn a bit more about this guy, here's one review. It's from 2013, so the word has been out for a while.
