Calls for more gun regulation and finishes up saying that freedom is stronger than fear.

I have to say... I was a bit underwhelmed.

He could have said this in a press release. It was essentially "We're gonna keep on keepin' on".

We are going to do exactly what we have been doing and failing.
At least we are consistent.

I think it's adorable the way he tried to "comfort" us, then hit us with the something we don't want to hear, in this instance, taking our guns away, and then "comfort" us some more. Simple psychology. I learned how to manipulate people my second semester of psych. I'm disgusted.

Clif notes version:

I think it was directed 1) at ISIS- a long speech to say "We will destroy you" and

2) At congress. To stop dragging their feet and figure out how to stop people that are on the no fly list from getting guns and to work on the visa screening process. And maybe, one gun regulation can get passed.

3) Aimed at prejudice and bigots. It is sort of sad that the President has to inform people how Americans are supposed to act. But, it was necessary.

Right, its no big deal to those on the left because right now only 2% of the people on the list are American citizens, but watch how many are put on it once this becomes law.
