3rd attempt at this post... not having a good day today.

Okay..

This guy..

www.jmccanneyscience.com... (whos site isn't working at the moment - go figure)

..says he observed US weather manipulation and can proove it (which would be a good explanation for as to why his site is down today.. he could also be having problems with it).

Anyways. Be carefull about this guys copywrite. He sues. Don't copy and paste.
