What the source in the OP claims is not true. No such law was passed in Germany.

If you bothered to read the whole thread you will see that I withdrew my premise and aoplogized 3 times!

It's not in good class to bring up old mistakes to excuse your own. "Peeple" is being pretty nice. Just admit you were maybe wrong?

I did many times; it appears you also lack the ability to scroll back; he kept hammering at me even after I apologised even going so far as to suggest I should make up another nonsense thread.

Sure we read it. Its actually quite interesting. Essentially follow the money, "who" gets the grant money "writes the stories" that the politicians use to rob us of our hard earned money all in order to "save the planet"
