CDC exposed as private corporation

According to D&B, the CDC is listed as a for profit corporation. Seems odd considering we are told its a government agency. I'm curious how the pro vaccine crowd will reply to such news but I'm sure their mercury filled brains will just write this off as a conspiracy.

The CDC Foundation operates independently from CDC as a private nonprofit organization.

Corporations in government are hidden everywhere.

You think that is wild...Google the Act of 1871 and read how the United States for America changed to UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and Washington DC was born. The government is actually the United States, a corporation in an of itself. The IRS is also a subcorp of the United States Corp.

You are being lied to. The Centers For Disease Control is a department of the federal government:

The CDC is one of the major operating components of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Note the "dot gov" address. A listing in Dun & Bradstreets does not mean that an organization is a for-profit corporation, it just means that it has a credit rating. Congress and the White House are also listed there. Why? In case someone wants to establish a credit account with a pizzeria or take-out restaurant so they can put meals for employees working overtime on the company tab. That's all there is to it.

A US gov ltd organisation with it's own tax break foundation? Makes perfect sense to me. We have similar arrangements here in UK. Governments like to set up commercial entities to compete in commercial markets and any commercial org can create a charitable foundation for the purpose of legally siphoning money/profit that otherwise would be subject to corporate taxes.

Interestingly funding for federal run agencies happen to be ignore in the US, just like political figures that are elected by the people and tax payers, they all in the hands of "private benefactors".

It is not privately owned, it is a hybrid. The Fed's board has to be approved by Congress.

Don't be surprised if they all are. Many government departments in the UK are and all 'government departments' in Australia are. They are all registered on the US Security and Exchange Commission and they all have Australian Business Numbers. Many of them even flaunt it in a discrete way by admitting they have the Australian Government as their client.

Being registered as an entity "doing business" does not mean that an organization is a privately held for profit corporation. The Red Cross, churches, and other charitable non-profit organizations "do business," as do government agencies.

No problem as far as that goes but why not disclose that and make it public knowledge by putting it in their charter? Why make out they are the government. There's a bloke here who has been asking them for years to state whether or not they are public servants and for years they have refused to answer.

There is a Commonwealth law here that says a person shall be sent to prison for 2 years for impersonating a public servant if they are not a public servant.

Again, all these people when asked are they a public company or are they a commonwealth department, refuse to answer and they are supposed to be our servants!
