We have seen in the past that reporting suspicious activity, and staying "vigilant" (what the MSM is using lately) people have been stopped from committing murder, or even mass murder. It's never racist when someone's being a concerned neighbour by keeping an eye on unordinary routines, out of place vehicles or new residents. That's what all citizens should be doing, white, black, red, or purple. Eventually, a bad guy gets caught before they act, racist or not.

What we can do to help those around us that feel so guilty for thinking of our neighbours in this way, is to let them know there is nothing wrong at all by simply being more observational of your immediate surrounding. In an effort to protect your families and the families around you. All suspicious persons should be reported, this event that just took place could have been stopped well before it happened.

And that is BS political spin.

Who would have known she reported it?!

It isn't like the cops or who ever investigates shows up and says "Hey your next door neighbor reported you".

Maybe she was just afraid they'd know...or afraid their associates would know...or...just afraid that if she was wrong, they'd know it was her and bring some discrimination suit against her.

Maybe she asked them what was going on in their garage at night previously...and they told her to F-off.
Bottom line...she was afraid because of PC...said nothing...and many innocent people died, who needn't have.

BTW: The Stevens' knew all about Mrs. Kravits!

I think this was the neighbor that was reported to have seen them bringing in multiple packages and working in the garage throughout the night...

Well, if she thought it was suspicious, she should have reported it. If she chose not to, that's on HER, not on some illusive group of people called "the PC crowd".

Yeah, I know that. The problem is that there are plenty of stories in the MSM from the last 5 years of people being sued and whatnot over being "racist" or "bigoted". So say she says something and got it wrong, then is she a bigot or just vigilant? Trouble is that people can't say anything anymore because there is now legal precedent for someone to sue.

That is a bottom line you are making with no facts to back that up.

There is nothing about PC that she would have been afraid of.
Who cares if you get called a racist, if you are not one then you shouldn't care.
Also if you have that irrational fear, then make an anonymous tip.

ALSO, no saying that any report would have prevented anything, again something you are just making up.

Or is just saying that now since people are going to wonder why nothing was said.

Who would have accused her of racism? The people she called to report them?

No one else would have known.

I was wondering about that too?

So, what was the row in the hall about then, unrelated? I didn't hear any more about that.

You can't blame her for not speaking up. I mean the last time that happened was the clock boy and look what's happening to that school district and the police department. If you are white and you are suspicious you are a racist, bigot and xenophobe. No explanation needed. It's the world we live in now.

RE QUOTED for being an excellent example.

You dont even have any details about what this supposed suspicious activity was that she was too afraid to report.

Did the perpetrators have an unusually strong odour of onions following them for 3 days in late June? Was the neighbour taking any medication? perhaps they have a history of paranoid dellusions.

Did they catch a glimpse of them wearing unusual underwear made of a thread of vibrant colours of an unknown origin?

My point is, its very easy to jump to conclusions, especially if you already have a point that you are itching to make and an agenda to push...

Thankfully most people of a rational mind aren't that easily fooled and wait to find out all the facts.

Depends on how it would play out. If anything like the clock kid thing then it would likely be LE Department and State in some form for going to check out the tip. Not saying they would win, but precedence is there for the suit. If the neighbor owned a business then it would likely be brought into the suit as well. While it may start out innocent enough, and being vigilant, if nothing was there and a home was searched then problems would come quickly. Media would get in on it, etc.....

I was asking who was the many cases in the base 5 years that would set this precedent.

The clock thing has nothing to do with this, that wasn't about some one getting sued over reporting, it was about arresting a kid over something he brought to school.
There is a difference.

And I ask again, how would anyone have know it was her that reported?!

That is the part that I am failing to see, would the cops get the report and instantly throw a lawsuit at her for doing so?

Apparently what ever her suspicion was it ended up being right.
I think it was the late hours they kept the pipe bomb factory in the garage open,
that tipped her off.

She probably is chastising herself today for allowing the fear of labelling herself an Islamaphobe to stop her from reporting them.

I would probably stop to think about the possibility of being sued by them, too.

What if the cops showed up and here they are in their garage making something that looks like a bomb (timer), but they call it something else (clock) and they get hauled off to the station to be questioned, and Obama, The Big Bad Sympathizer comes to the rescue, calls and invites them to the WhiteHouse to discuss their "hobby".

She gets sued, the city gets sued, and the poor cop that arrested them gets sued, and the muslims laugh all the way to the bank....after a side trip to Saudi Arabia....before heading to the WhiteHouse.

exactly what i was thinking
the information thats actually provided couldnt be more vague if they tried

from what i could tell the neighbor was suspicious because they were getting a lot of packages..... but how many people in this thread is that true of?

(could be
but who would know based on this)

Do the 911 operators in San Bernardino call people racist for reporting crimes? Or is this lady making this nonsense up to suit a political narrative?

She probably feels horrible today...but at least nobody can ever call her a Racist.
Instead, she chose to be a good little PC Progressive...Maybe, Obama will invite her to the White House for that.

about the thread object of discussion: Neighbor Didn't Report Suspicious Activity of SB Killers For Fear of Being Called Racist

the overly nosey neighbor must not have thought there was drug manufacturing or bomb making activity going on OR else she would have persisted in bringing the complaint to someone of authority that would investigate.

so the neighbor must have been suspicious of some other non-deadly activity taking place during the night time in the garage (porn ? etc.)

evidently the neighbor also had reservations about the police who would investigate... perhaps she felt unsecure in telling the cops anything because then 'she herself' might get labeled as a psycho or paranoid....

it is hard to tell with the PC mindset that has taken over the society ~ much like the NAZIs took over the German main-street masses, by way of the force exerted by the Gestapo & SS which have returned under the guise of the USAs present PC control mechanism

PC is Psy-ops...rationalized by the psychos in control from the 4 branches of government

I really think along the lines of 2 posts earlier by Krazysh0t --She is making this up...
I bet shes actually speaking of her hunches ~ after the fact~ she only had inner dialogue with herself and was never seriously considering telling someone that weird activity was going on by the Muslim neighbors...
another example of how hindsight is always 20-20 after-the-fact.... & her suspicions were right but never proven or uncovered...

the nosey neighbor seems what would be a local-gossip to my thinking...since there was no specific claims or accusations made by her beforehand...

the nosey neighbor could have made statements on Twitter or other social network to retrieve later to substantiate her claims of 'suspicion'
