Oscar Pistorius Conviction Changed To Murder

Oscar Pistorius' conviction for killing his girlfriend has been changed from manslaughter to murder. An appeal judge said last year's verdict was "confusing and flawed" and the athlete will now be re-sentenced by the original court and will almost certainly go back to jail. "It's over now," Reeva Steenkamp's father told South African media.

Finally.

Now the family can get some peace.

Apparently the verdict changed due to this:

The appeal centred on dolus eventualis - a Latin legal phrase meaning the act was carried out knowing it would lead to death and the accused went ahead anyway.

So he knew he was killing someone, murdering piece of ****

He hasn't got a leg to stand on.

Just because Oscar had no legs doesn't mean he was unarmed.

I would have put that as "Just 15 years" . 99 years and a day is what he deserved.......

And got little more than a slap on the wrist -

Pistorius is serving a five-year sentence for shooting to death girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in 2013.

He was released from jail Oct. 19 to serve the remaining four years of the sentence under house arrest.

This has been just as slo-mo as the Bronco helicopter farce ...

Hope its a brutal prison.

Hope he gets used as a currency and that he cannot take his own life, the fooking coward. Blood poisoning through "currency exchange" may be appropriate. ...

It was a crazy trial.
