The Il-476 is a modernized Il-76MD, which is a modernized Il-76. The -90A replaces the cockpit with all digital displays, new digital flight control
system, and new navigation system to go with new PS-90A-76 turbofan engines that reduce fuel consumption by 12% and increase range by 18%.

The Il-80 is the equivalent of the E-4B used by the USAF. It's based on the Il-86 airframe. Russia currently has 4 of the first generation aircraft
in service. No details of what changes were made have been released, but work on a third generation is underway already. It appears that the
electronics on board were modernized and upgraded.
