My friend who is an LAFD Paramedic has been sent to San Bernardino with several others.

I am wondering if this is a distraction to pull resources out of another area like LA...

Sounds like channel 2 is now tactical. If anybody on a computer can freq hop they may be able to pick up 2, but I would guess it's secure.

The witnesses aren't being allowed to talk to the media. Earlier they had officer forcing the media back. As witnesses are cleared through medical they will be able to do interviews probably.

Edit: Just saw they are arranging for witnesses to be available now. They are still getting their statements to police first.
