RCO Director of Contracting

I was perusing USAJobs on my lunch break, and came across this posting, with an open date of November 16, 2015 to Monday, December 7, 2015. This is an opening for the director of contracting for the RCO, or Rapid Capabilities Office (the folks that just made the LRS-B award, as well as other 'squirrely' things).

Anyone think this could be a sign of the protest going one way or another? I'm assuming at the dollar amount, the Director would have been the CO signing the contract for the LRS-B (or someone at the Pentagon), but it seems like curious timing to me for this position to be opening up...

Then again it could be nothing. (Let me add that I'm only a lowly GS-13, if I were an SES I would be all over this as it would be a dream job!)
