I have a picture I'd like someone to tinker with (if possible). If there are an members willing to help could you reply and I'll message you with the picture? Don't worry it's not anything to worry about and probably nothing of interest. Mods if this is in the wrong forum could you move rather than delete please? Many thanks.

I can do some basic manipulations of images. Like Cropping, Resizing, take out some scratches, tears, etc... If You want more done than that, I would take Your quandry to The Avatar Creations 2015 Thread. Just CLICK HERE for that Thread... Syx...

I think that's just a vent stack or a chimney.

it does look like a human silhouette when you first look.

i'm gonna say some kind of smoke stack, chimney, exhaust fan hood, or some other building mechanical system.

I thought the exact same thing ha. Think the car must have had seats fitted?

It does look like a chimney stack of some kind. But it also looks like someone holding something with their arm cocked out to the side. I used what Photoshop ability I had and there is some kind of object in the Middle.

So I've come to the conclusion that someone photoshopped 'badgeman' into this picture ha.

I dont know photoshop. I do know buildings and their systems.

Anything permanent in that location would interfere with their window washer ledges.

Any pics of the building over the years? Is it still there?

Im racking my brain, unsuccessfully trying to tie that image to a building system.

Could it be some old obsolete regional solution to a building problem, sure. If it is, i have no idea what/why.

The ledge is currently deployed near the building corner, so someone was up there that day. No one is on the ledge either, which makes little sense. Why lower the ledge with no one on it?

Nice pic.

it's bizarre looking. If it is a chimney etc (which I think it most likely is) it sure does look out of place.

So presumably those first floor picture windows only provide a view of the chimney chase? I dont think so.

It also would not be code. At least not now. That parapet wall is too close. Also nothing resembling a chimney cap or spark arrestor is present. I mean, ive installed chimneys for monkey incinerators, all manner of mechanical and industrial systems, and i am a certified home inspector. I'd believe it was John Titor with Darby Ogills little people trying to track a pot of gold from a rainbow before Id believe chimney.

Who is going to lift that big metal ledge over that chimney every 2 weeks to wash the windows?

ETA

Some kind of draft hood would be best guess, but still doesn't really make any sense.

That picture in the link you provided is much clearer. It certainly looks like a dark figure looking over the ledge but it doesn't look like anything more suspicious than that.

Can't see today's secret service allowing civilians to dominate vantage points along a route being used by the president though.

Yep, thats what it looks like. Presumably, SS cleared the rooftops, which would explain the empty cleaner ledge. I could see them making them leave it out and lowered as well, but i dont know or care what their protocols are.

I agree, looks like an onlooker to me. That silhouette looks like it could be holding a rifle as well, just by the shape, but no obvious signs this is the case.

here a fun fact that i just found out while looking for images, for the more out there conspiracy buffs.
Dealey Plaza was named after a Thirty-third degree mason George Bannerman Dealey.

500% size increase, preserving pixels, brightness/contrast adjustments...

This image is impossible to "enhance" because of the heavy JPEG compression.
