Why do you even reply to this guy..
He is obviously on here to rile people up..I think we have a word for those kind of people..

He is on a forum mocking people for posting on a forum that he himself is posting on.

Also likes to talk like being popular or athletic in school was a big deal, hey I was...was never a big deal, I changed because I realized being a part of the sheep was no fun. I prefer my life be dictated by who I am not who I hung out with.

Let him live in his fantasy world of being awesome and part of the popular group, some of us grew up. Also picking on people was never my thing, it showed weakness. If your dominance was dependent on the picking on the weak..got some news for him..you were never strong...just a little coward.

Ya know...I keep waiting for this to take off in that usually predictable viral fashion on conservative pundit websites, but so far...nothing.

Maybe they don't know what to make of it...or maybe they just don't care...or maybe the point was made quite well.

I dunno.

Muslims killing people over cartoons, but they're the ones that need protection?

I always find it humorous when Satanists go out of their way to act more Christianly than actual Christians.

Notice how it's perfectly ok for you to demonize and make broad assumptions about a religious group, but to be suspicious of Muslims is "bigoted" and "islamophobic". How do you explain such a glaring contradiction? Maybe Christians need someone to walk them to grocery in order to protect them from people like you?

Which broad assumptions am I making exactly? Write them out for everyone to see, because frankly I'm curious as well. I always love it when people tell me what I'm saying.

I quoted you.

"I always find it humorous when Satanists go out of their way to act more Christianly than actual Christians."

I always find it humorous how left wing defenders of Islam typical hate Christians and do all the things they claim to be against.

If you think that was a generalization of all Christians then you need some lessons on reading comprehension. But hey, I'm not in the mood to argue your tit-for-tat right now so I'm just going to ignore any followups to your little snipe here.

You think goths should be able to wear their ridiculous clothes with impunity?

Hell no! You should run up and kick them in the nards and scream, 'Jesus saves!!!!!'.

It's funny bc of my group of friends throuought my catholic education, it's rare to find a practicing Christian only 10 years out. Our bond really wasn't Christianity so much as being the good looking athletic intelligent clean cut kids. I know every school had them and they always picked on the goths. Now I'm an attorney and the goths are going door to door for Bernie sanders. This movie now playing nationwide.

What a shallow, bigoted perception you have of those who don't fit in your little clique. I happen to know a few of those "losers" too. They are successful business men and women today, hiring and firing people just like you.

You are compensating for something. The posts about popular kids in high school and who ends up successful (I actually saw the opposite) are really disturbing.

That was really powerful and relatable. Thanks.

And maybe only just slightly off topic, did you hear that Christian minister who said this?

Christian Pastor slams Paris victims: ‘If you attend a death metal concert, you deserve to get killed’

Extremism of any faith or lack thereof...scary stuff.

Steven Anderson...again. This guy is a total whacko, and needs help. Seriously.

US Christian groups plead for compassion for Muslim refugees

qz.com...

Since the Paris terrorist attacks on November 13, governors of more than half of the US’s 50 states have said they will not welcome Syrian refugees—defying President Barack Obama’s September announcement that the US would take 10,000 Syrian refugees in 2016. While many are calling their remarks Islamophobic and politically motivated, Christian church groups have been particularly outspoken about the governors’ lack of compassion.
A number of these church groups and church-affiliated missions have a long tradition of working with the federal government to place refugees in local communities; some have been resettling refugees in the US since World War II.
The governors’ statements don’t necessarily carry legal weight—the Federal government has the power to decide where refugees resettle in the US—but their remarks still seem to be having an impact. Twenty Syrian refugees were supposed to arrive in the “Quad cities,” four adjoining counties in Iowa and Illinois, via World Relief, a non-profit started by a national coalition of evangelical churches during WWII. But after Iowa Governor Terry Branstad and Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner said they would block any efforts to resettle Syrians in their states, those plans are on hold, World Relief said.
This isn’t exactly Christian, said World Relief. “Jesus commanded us to love our neighbors,” Amy Rowell, director of the Moline, Illinois office told local news. “The parable of the good Samaritan comes to mind, making it absolutely clear that our neighbors cannot be limited to those of our same ethnicity or religious traditions.”

This information has been posted many times on ATS. I keep wondering why you post unrelated information in threads often, they don't even reply to any particular post.

Speaking as a generally left-winger who has been a member of the Church of Satan and is considering supporting the Satanic Temple and its efforts, I can conclusively say that I do not hate Christians.

I do find many "Christians" hypocritical, conniving authoritarians who only mouth freedom until they get their own way ...

... but I don't HATE any of them personally.

The American left-wing (some Democrats, some Libertarians, some Greens) in general does, however, favor individual freedom, equality before the law, and collective caring for the less fortunate members of our society ... so to that extent, I suppose we have something in common with The Satanic Temple, as well as some Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Taoists, Jainists, et. al.

Funny how those religious satanists are more human than humanists and atheists.
Those satanists sure are sending a clear message to non believers, you are all lazy and selfish

So funny how atheists look selfish and close minded compared to satanists

So funny how all these atheists are rallying around the satanists as well, sounds like you are embracing religion

These particular Satanists (Satanic Temple) are atheistic in nature, as is the Church of Satan, et. al.

As far as more generic atheistic altruism goes ... one of many ...

So what do they need Satan for?

that is a good question

many want to think I am the bad guy here for asking why in particular these muslims in that area need protection.

just because americans were taken hostage in Africa this morning does not mean I need some Satanist to come escort me to the store.

my point here is that for them to be justified in that area there needs to be a threat and so far some vidoes from other states do not pose a threat to the ones in the op.

it seems right now to be false that they need protection beyond the same protection provided by the government.

do not get me wrong if it makes all them feel better then good for them but do not create problems where there are none

if the Satanist want to make a difference then go to the areas where there are currently problems.

So what you're saying is that not all Christians are as lacking in compassion or as unfeeling as some appear to be?

Many of us guys who crack you up have also been saying that many Christian organizations sponsor refugees and epitomize the true spirit of caring and compassion.

So maybe your point is that there are people out there pretending to be good Christians, say to woo some votes or line their pockets aren't?
