Paralyzed during sleep, suggestions?

ok i have had this. but it was a mixture of my own death in my dreams and then SP... i was killed in my dream and then saw "the light". it was bright and white with a yellow centre... as i awake slowly i found my self bunched up in a fetal position not being able to move.. it didnt hurt at all... i tryed with all me strength to get out but i could only just move my index finger... it freaked me out and i still talk about it..

oh and my VERY lucky girlfreind has lucid dreams all the time... damn her..
