There is an ark of the covenant in ethiopia, whether or not it is the ark is unknown. In the past, just as today, it was commonplace to fake religous relics for profit.

There was an earthquake in Isreal if you remember it could return to finish the Eastern Temple.

Posiblities of the Temple being destroyed are:

1: An earthquake
2: A terrorist bomber goes to pray and blows it up by accident.
3: Damage with cross fire.
4: Some mad guy blows it up on purpose to fullfil prophecy
5: Freak weather conditions
6: They find the ark of the covenant and gain the right to build a Jewish temple
7: Land slide from structual damage of the previous earth quake or freak torrential rain weakens the table mount and causes damage to the formation of the mud and rocks.

Because of its removal will cause a middle east conflic to the point of war.

And of course we all know that anything on the evening news (bleeding heart liberal leaning liars) has to be true, huh?
There is only ONE ark of the covenant, and it ain't gonna be in Ethiopia.

I dont mean to be rude but what do you mean old wive's tale??? any way there is someone who has stayed there for one hundred years and looks it to and nobody would stay there for a hundred years unless protecting the ark plus he is 1 of the only 2 people in the world who has touched it! and with all do respect where do you think it would be???

Of course they would! They only need to believe that it is real to defend it. It doesn't have to actually be real.

I find this very difficult to believe. What proof is there that this part of the story is true?

About the Ark being in Ethiopia.
There was a documantary a few yrs back on tv about someone minding the Ark and that it was kept hidden for many years by the Ethiopians.
As to whether this is true or not about the Ark only God knows.

Hi There..

Must disagree with you there. Ethiopia and the Ark's whereabouts were investigated. Mr Burgess back in I believe 1997.

Then from there after seeing the Knights Templar insignia on the very-close by Chapel he followed it (more than Ark) back to Scotland, at Roslyn.

Where after speaking with some very 'powerful' yet silent-named present day Templars would only say that three of the Arks were burried underneath the Roslyn Chapel.

Dallas

interesting points brought up.

when king phillip the fair of france tried to capture/assasinate all knights templars on oct. 13, 1307 it was reported that the pope who was controlled/manipulated by king phillip the fair got word to his nephew who was a knights templar.

the popes nephew left a port in southern france with the holiest treasures the knights templar had. more than an ark ....

only a portion of the fleet of ships were reported to have gone straight to scottland.

the rest may very well have gone to america, which they knew of because of the maps they had discovered, merica being the ancient sumarian (babylon/iraq) name for the star venus, and the land that laid under the star.

which may explain how corn/maze and the aloe cacti plants found their way to be engraved on the walls of the roslin chapel when christopher columbus was merely 4.

After watching a Pararama telivision documentory where thourough and extensive reasearch was carried out including the suspected Etheiopean route. I am inclined to go along with the above.
They managed to dig down and uncover an ancient alter and there is more to be uncovered but that means uprooting the entire church which people are not for what ever reasons are prepared to do!

It's ashame that certains people views have been overlooked and they they are just as valid as the rest which is why i have backed them up!

Also a simple theory by Zinarch if i have spelt it right was that the Ark of Covant was radioactive, an unkown element to humans back in that time. The sickness and death reseambles radiation poisoning! Very mysterious.

Another theory is that it isn't a box on legs as we imagin it to be it is a huge structure that reaches to the sky holding the seven points of the chakara and it is a gateway for UFO's or Gods fiery chariot.

I am not saying i belive this although i keep an open mind

That isn't a theory, it's wild-eyed speculation.

Come on people, use your critical thinking skills here. We have a story of a magic box that kills everyone that touches it, written in the 6th-7th century BCE about events that supposedly took place ~1000 years prior. Yet the Babylonians were able to steal this magic box without being killed.

We have a magnificent magic box and an explanation of why it is no longer in the posession of those writing the story. How convenient.

Why can the story of the magic box not just be a legend or other work of fiction?

Even if it existed today it would not have the same effect as it did then, its purpose was done for that time, it could have been brought up into heaven or melted down because it had no other use for it after the covenant was made.

If it did exist then it should be in the hand of the Jews in ISREAL, no wonder the land of Ethiopia is cursed and has killed many people. If the people in Ethiopia know all this then keeping it is foolish and a disaster to their land. Some say it was taken to Isreal during the early 90s, Ethiopia could have made a deal with the Jews to keep it quiet because it does not have the same effect as it did, so it could easyly be melted down for money although worth more if it was'nt.

But as soon as the third temple is built then the power it had could come back. Could the anti-christ get his power and signs from that, he will keep it quiet of course if he did. It could come in handy during a time of great war against the Isrealies as a peace solution, only to prevent a great war or use it as a weapon because that its only fuction when its attacked.

Looking forward to it if they discover it, could be war if they want a Jewish temple after finding it.

There are many pre-figurations of the coming of Jesus Christ (Messiah) in the Old Testament.
The Ark of the Covenant is such.

quote///In a manuscript of the Prophecy of Isaiah written before the birth of Christ, which was discovered not too many years ago and reported in Time magazine (1952, No. 18, p. 5), the word "virgin" is used in Isaiah 7.14, and not "young woman."

The Ark of the Covenant represents the New Testament Church..Bringing Salvation to the world.

The Hebrew people made camp on Mt. Sinai for a whole year. At this time Moses, at God’s command, constructed a tabernacle, or a transportable sanctuary, in the form of a tent. The tabernacle was constructed from expensive fabric and hung from poles. It had three sections: the courtyard, the sanctuary and the Holy of Holies.

The people came into the courtyard to pray. Here were placed the altar, on which sacrifices were made, and a copper water basin.

The priests came into the sanctuary, which had a table on which were twenty loaves of bread, a golden seven-branch candlestick, or lampstand, with seven lamps, and the altar of incense, that is, an altar on which the priests burned incense.

Into the Holy of Holies, which was separated from the sanctuary by a curtain, only the high priest could enter, and then only once a year. The Ark of the Covenant was placed in the Holy of Holies. The Ark of the Covenant was the name of a chest, made of wood and covered inside and out with gold, with a gold lid and with two golden images of the cherubim on it. The tablets with the Ten Commandments were kept in the Ark of the Covenant, as well as a chalice with manna, Aaron’s rod, and later, the holy books. Along the two sides of the ark were two pairs of golden rings, into which gilded poles were inserted for carrying it.

When the tabernacle was ready, Moses consecrated it, together with all its fittings, with holy myrrh. While this was taking place, the glory of the Lord covered the tabernacle in the form of the cloud which accompanied the Hebrews on their journey. From this time on, the cloud was always over it.

For serving in the tabernacle, Moses, at God’s command, appointed the tribe of Levi and ordained a high priest, priests, and Levites, assistants for the tabernacle.

Aaron, the brother of Moses, was made high priest. The priests were the four sons of Aaron; the other descendants of Levi were Levites. The high priest corresponded to our bishop, the priests to our priests and the Levites to our deacons and servers. God ordained that in the future the eldest of the line of Aaron would be high priest and the others of his descendants, priests.

The tabernacle represented the Church of Christ and also the Mother of God, Who, having contained God within Herself, was like the House of God.

Note: See Exodus, chaps. 25-34; Deuteronomy, chaps. 10,13,16; Leviticus, chaps. 1-7,16, 23.

Yes your right I think. And if I can add..just try touching the wee capacitor inside any TV and people around will quickly learn if a person survived the 50K jolt of AC from that little 5"x1" capacitor..
