It's ATSs steering comittee. You have to be invited to join.
Then you can steer ATS too!!!

And you thought R.A.T.S. was the end all and be all of ATS. I was a member, I had to step down for personal reasons I still might be I’m not sure, yeap I just check I am.LOL here’s a peek but don’t say I showed you.
