Well, if a standard secrecy agreement, she should be able to talk about it at some point. Then again, she may have signed off on a completely different kind of agreement....

I just think since they won't even confirm or deny it's existence in my FOIA letter that it must then in fact exist. I think we're past the point of wondering if Area S-4 Papoose Mountain exists, now the question is what has and "is" going on there...

Well, adding it all up, seems like this is what we have....

1. An SOM1-01 reference to a "S-4" in Area 51. So far, this document (manual) has held up pretty well to intense scrutiny, and shy of confirmation from the government, seems to be authentic. The reference indicates tech items (not biologics) are sent there.

2. Satellite photos showing roads and activity near the suspected location of S-4.

3. A former DNI employee (verified by W-2) coming forward claiming there is an S-4, and that it's function is to reverse engineer alien tech.

4. Testimony of former Greenpeace member mentioning fixed lights in the location suspected for S-4.

5. An FOIA request on Papoose Mt. coming up as national security concern...indicating that something classified is going on at Papoose.

The case for it is building, regardless of any of the results of your e-mails...

Explain number 4 in more detail, please?

if that guy is willing to say that he in fact did work for area 51, and he was willing to say that he had been to site s-4, why would he have a problem saying that there are aliens that come to earth? its not like hes a colonel, (i would more so believe the information if it came from a high ranking officer) if it was a colonel, the story might be a little bit more believeable.

Of course she had to...besides SCI, there is SAP (cheap seats) access and the like...You might work right next to a fellow and have the same clearance as he/she, but if you are not "read in" to that compartment, you have no need to know. SAP can apply to SECRET just as well as other levels.
By the way, Nellis is a pretty cool place: I loved it there.

Hmm...I'm surprised he'd say just "top secret". There are so many forms of this, SCI (Sensitive Compartmentalized Information), for example, which is bound to be a requirement for that base.

I agree! All of the Programs that I know of, that are/were at Groom Lake were "Special Access Programs." Maybe they are prohibited from saying the exact level. As you pointed out SCI, is a subcatagory of Top Secret, as is Special Access.

All these areas are intertwined. Dreamland, TTR, S-4. All of it. Look at Nellis AF Base, its classified Area 1, Area 2 and 3 are part of the main base also. Area 51 is just another area given a number to identify it in the vast expanse of Nevada. You can probably count on the fact that there are many more areas in NV that things are going on that no one knows about the government just maintains the hype about the key ones to keep focus off of the ones that things are really happening at.

You will never see on any map or topographic/aeronautical product the label of "AREA 51, AREA 34", or whatever. Military agencies use range names, or numbers such as depicted by MOAs, to distinguish them, like call signs.

"i don't want to come on like the Grammar Police or anything, but I'd think that any person with a special access clearance and holding some kind of sensitive and (I assume) responsible job would know basic high school spelling and grammar. This person does not. "

I wont even discuss my clearance, but this assumption is totally false. You would be appalled at the grammar and spelling used by people with very high clearances

Originally posted by Gazrok I do, like you though, have an issue with the "escort" idea... However, in the case of documents of an alien-related nature, I could see them having along a Blue Team member as an MP guard to make sure the one carrying them doesn't go anywhere...

Can't wait to see those answers...

The problem with Presidential escorts, aka the secret dervice is that the escorts themselves tend to attract alot of attention. If it weren't for them who and the media who is informed, who would know where the President was at any given time? There's a reason they don't wear a uniform like most law enforcement agencies. Same goes for those who would transport "top secret" files. This is bunk.

They might have an escort, but it would be very low key. Even the US SD Dip Couriers don't have an escort.

Guys, I will repost what I posted in another threead about S-4

Guys take a look at Papoose Lake AKA S-4 from the satelite shots of the area. There is nothing there. Period.. One dirt road, and thats about it. If there was a huge underground facility there would be signs of it. Not to mention greenpeace protestors tried to infiltrate the Nevada Test Site and walked across the dry lake bed there before getting caught. Saw nothing but desert and scrub brush.......

Im not saying there are not underground bases there, but based on the info the Area 51 team has dug up so far (pun intended) it does not seem likely. Somewere perhaps in the Nellis Range, but not here.

Yup, exactly right, Fred.

I agree with Fred! I don't think there is anything at Papoose Lake. There is no physical evidence to support such a conclusion. I hate to seem like the Conspiricy Theorist here, but, has anyone ever consitered that maybe the Pentagon Created the Papoose stories in an effort to draw attention away from the Secrets at Groom Lake. Think about it, it's a perfect Decoy!

Papoose lake is a big red herring. There IS however a radio facility on top of Papoose mountain, and there IS an S-4 facility south of Tonopah Test Range.......its an electronic warfare test range. No biggie. Russian stuff.

We all know S-4 exists. It is an offshoot of Area 51. The thing thats being debated is not its existance, but wether or not extraterrestrial bodies and/or crafts are being shown.
