Fire on London's Fleet Street near Goldman Sachs offices

London Fire Brigade (LFB) is battling a blaze in a Fleet Street building adjacent to the offices of Goldman Sachs.
Smoke engulfed the building at some point after 2.30pm GMT on Wednesday afternoon.

Some 30 firefighters and six fire engines are on the scene.

It doesn't look like Goldman Sachs was targeted and no claims yet of arson, but will be worth it to monitor.

Reports suggest the fire is above the historic Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese, a long-time favorite watering hole of Fleet Street journalists.

Fires are scary enough. Add in a high rise and it becomes a whole different story. I hope that everyone is safe.
