Trump still has his ass. He said the TPP was bad, and that China is screwing us as well as other nations. The TPP is thousands of pages long. I'll bet there's a gift in there for the Chinese as well.

I myself identify as a Christian, but it's frustrating when you hear people talking about religious reasons for WHY they want to vote for a candidate. And then to see the portrait of Ben and Jesus circulating on social media - probably being used by opponents and not proponents of Carson, but it just illustrates how stupid politics are.

It doesn't matter. The damage was done when he was confronted by Paul about the TPP and when he was boo'd twice, I believe.

Trump did not do anything to help his campaign last night and may have caused a bit of damage.

Winner.. anybody that didn't watch.
Loser...anybody that did watch.

One observation from the current list of presidential hopefuls.
The gop is presented as the party of fat white men yet they have a black man and a man named Marco in the running.
The dems on the other hand have a rich white woman from Arkansas of all places and a man in his 70s as front runners.
Granted the gop has a fat guy, rich man and rich woman running to but it still makes ya think.

The GOP had a woman, two Latinos, a black, a Cuban, a billionaire, a poor Seanator who can't pay his credit card bills, a older white man, and a Bush.

The DEM has three old white people.

If you had 3 fat, white, large men and 2 rich white evil women and you add 2 white, skinny, rich men and 3 black, medium, rich men, how many skinny, rich people can fit in boat built for 1, white, fat, rich man?

I apologize for the immature nature of my post - it wasn't posted out of hatred or ignorance - this election has more coverage than ever though. You can't escape it even for 5 minutes at a time - it's actually very frustrating when you don't have good feelings about the candidates. I'm convinced most of these people don't truly believe what they are running for, and don't actually care to make change - just want that title and the glory that comes along with it, and will help out all of their top contributors once in office anyway.

My inability to seriously address these issues is a direct result of this frustration.

To illustrate how I feel about the election "season" (even though it's like 5 seasons long!):

Who cares about a phony debate?

Jeb has already been chosen by the Corporate Oligarchy/Military industrial complex.

No, that's wishful thinking. No harm done. Those that support Trump understand his basic logical message. We are getting screwed by the world and it has to stop. If a Bush or Paul had said it, it would have been a death nell, but coming from Trump who is not privy to documents as they are, it's ok to speak in more general terms.

As for being booed, from the start you could see the crowd in the place was an establishment crowd. Both Fiorina and Kasich were irritating and the insults were called for.

Wasn't Hillary Rodham from Chicago? She didn't move to Arkansas until she married Bubba FunTimes...

On topic, I have yet to see a clear winner for ANY of these debates for either side. They're not so much debates, they're more like live irl chatroulette with less old fat naked guys. A series of interjections and unanswered questions or questions answered with an answer totally unrelated to the question posited.

Meh. I highly doubt life will change much one way or the other...these are just the actors of Hollywood East. The directors and more so the executive producers are the real power behind what we see.

No, that's wishful thinking.

Not on my part. I want Trump to succeed because in the latest polls he gets hammered by both Democrat candidates. If he is the nominee it is an absolute guarantee that the Dems will win. While I do not support Clinton, I can get behind Sanders.

Those that support Trump understand his basic logical message.

They sure do like some Trump, but I fail to see what is logical about his message.

As for being booed, from the start you could see the crowd in the place was an establishment crowd.

You can tell that by looking at the crowd? Isn't it more likely, and altogether more logical, that he was boo'd because of his arrogant and rude attitude?

Both Fiorina and Kasich were irritating and the insults were called for.

Not really. Trump would have really shined if he would have presented himself as being above the insults and tried to act presidential. What we got last night was a spoiled rich kid that is part of the group that "screws the world".

Glad you enjoyed that. It's what I saw when I looked at the picture, no matter how absurd it is. First glance was Middle Eastern. I had to scroll back to look again after the comment calling it racist.

Thing is, he talked about TPP and linked to China, when China are not signatories of the TPP - wonder what that tells us about his research?

And Paul calling Trump out on that, was one of Paul's best moments.

I am bothered that Cruz is doing well. While he does great at debates and has intelligent answers I can't shake the fact that his wife, up until he announced his candidacy for president, worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs.

That little nugget right there has me distrustful.

I dont think Bush has a chance. I voted for Obama the last two elections but there is no way a Democrat is going to win due to what is happening in Europe and how horrific and weak their "leaders" are so the momentum has shifted. The Republicans came on strong and that is where the action is so then i would say it will go to either Trump, Cruz or Rubio, Rand seems good too but um...whats that guys name? Carson. He will never be able to deal with the sociopaths in the EU and that psychotic German woman. I would make friends with China because they are doing much better now.

For me the thing that sets Cruz apart from the rest is he was elected into the senate based on promises! He has attempted (though not succeful or popular) to uphold those promises! It other words has done what he said he would do or at least try! Obamacare is failing and with ultimately fail! I like that as the son of an immigrant he understands that there is a legal and right way to go about it! Though I think he is a long shot I hope he continues to gain traction.

On a side note Trump is a walking drama queen. bush needs to hang it up! Carson whom I liked has little chance and his support of the TPP turns me off. No one else has anything to get excited about but I will say this about the democratic candidates!

They just plan suck. Hillary is Obama 2.0 and Sanders plans will have us all paying 50-70% taxes for the free college, $15 min wage, and all his other democratic socialist agenda! News flash Sweden and Denmark are not doing so well and those are Bernie poster child's for his plan!
