Central, Florida peeps have you seen the blue, pulsating light?

Has anybody else in the Polk County/ Central Florida area seen the pulses of blue light coming from the south/west?
They are appearing intermittently.
I woulda taken some photos but they're so random and short in duration.

Haven't seen anything but - I live near Disney and walk my dog around that time of night sometimes, so I will keep an eye out...
