The states are where we need to focus on that issue.
Ordinarily, I'd agree, however there have been numerous cases lately where it being legal in one state, not in another, or treated more severely in
another state....has been rather disastrous.
This is especially true if medicinal in nature.
So, this particular issue really does have some national implications, including the fact that many federal laws still treating it as a narcotic can
trump state laws, when it deals with interstate banking, transport, and commerce, etc.
