As far as I know, the EEOC only applies to Federal/Government employment.

I've shown multiple times, that's not true. Heck, when you get to work today look around I bet you see an EEOC poster hanging on a tackboard somewhere.

You can show me whatever you want in writing ---- you're still wrong.

I've been following the LGBT rights subject for 20'years.

So the link to the EEOC website, where the EEOC Agency themselves state their jurisdiction over private business is wrong ?

ROFL ok...

the business is covered by the laws we enforce if it has 15 or more employees

You are interpreting it wrong.

There is legal discrimination against LGBT in many states. As: renting to, hiring, serving, etc.

Employment laws do apply to everyone. If you can't legally fire a straight person for something --- you can't fire an LGBT person for that either. In other words if an LGBT person follows all the rules of the company, you can't fire them for not doing their job.

Exactly, Sexual Orientation and Gender-Identity are Not a protected class, and in those states they don't have Anti-Discrimination Protections for Sexual Orientation or Gender-Identity so it is technically Legal to deny those things
