If you're in an extremely conservative area, a stripper priest or pregnant nun might be the way to go. I know a Catholic lady who WAS pregnant during Halloween, and decided to go as a knocked up nun. She said she got some very dirty looks for it XD

Ouch..

I don't have a picture but I dressed up as dead Flo-Jo once. I wore the spandex running suit, gold medal, fake wig and nails. I would challenge everyone at the party to race and then just fall over dead at the starting line when someone yelled 'Go!'.
