In Australian English, the word cop is a verb that means to to get, recieve, or have lumped on you something unwanted.

If I get caught I'm gonna cop a hiding from my dad.
"Cop that you scoundrel" I said as I hit him on the nose with my rolled up newspaper.
"You're gonna cop it when you get home" mum said.
I was caught speeding and copped a $265 fine.

Interestingly according to the wikipedia page the UN 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference is also known as COP21. To an Aussie conspiracy watcher like me, that means "you are going to get Agenda 21, whether you like it or not"

There are 5 provisional agendas on the conference.

COP 21 - The 21st session of the Conference Of the Parties
CMP 11 -The 11th session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol
SBI 43 - The 43rd session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation
SBSTA 43 - The 43rd session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice
ADP 2-12 - The 12th part of the second session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action

The conference itself has been called COP for 21 sessions already held every year since 1995 and it includes different other agenda, all having abbreviations. This year the conference is called COP21 (or CMP11). The main goal of the conference is achieving a legally binding and universal agreement on climate from all nations of the world.

The word COP is just an abbreviation.

I wouldn't worry about agenda 21 being accepted by the whole world . There are Countries (Big Countries) that are not buying the AGW scam ...."Russian President: Climate Change is Fraud "

While Western media have examined the role of rising temperatures and drought in this year’s record wildfires in North America, Russian media continue to pay little attention to an issue that animates so much of the world.

The indifference reflects widespread public doubt that human activities play a significant role in global warming, a tone set by President Vladimir Putin, who has offered only vague and modest pledges of emissions cuts ahead of December’s U.N. climate summit in Paris.

Russia’s official view appears to have changed little since 2003, when Putin told an international climate conference that warmer temperatures would mean Russians “spend less on fur coats” while “agricultural specialists say our grain production will increase, and thank God for that”.

The president believes that “there is no global warming, that this is a fraud to restrain the industrial development of several countries including Russia,” says Stanislav Belkovsky, a political analyst and critic of Putin. “That is why this subject is not topical for the majority of the Russian mass media and society in general.”

Putin’s scepticism dates from the early 2000s, when his staff “did very, very extensive work trying to understand all sides of the climate debate”, said Andrey Illarionov, Putin’s senior economic adviser at the time and now a senior fellow at the Cato Institute in Washington.
