Some interesting comments from locals who seem to be of the same opinion as most of here on ATS.

So this Tim continues to walk by the shop for months all the while being harassed. He didn't chose a different path that would make him feel safer? Also, it says TB was on break while making the gestures. Did this guy time his walk every day around TB's smoke break?

I have so many many legal questions on this case. I wish I could have sat through the hearing just to see how in the world the judge came to the conclusion that he did.

I think this may have been mentioned before but one of the many things puzzling me is that over several months and 20 so called incidents "Tim" never once chose to walk past TB with a freind recording the event with a smartphone.

Had he done so I imagine he could have taken it to the loccal police statement and gone for a criminal case as opposed to a civil one?

This is just crazy. What is the world coming to. I am sick and tired of the lies being spread about genuine individuals. You have always been a great member on here, read your comments on lots of posts. As a gay person I would support you all the way.

It's absolutely impossible that you could have done these things. Someone was out to make money and they targeted you. It's so awful. My thoughts and prayers for you and your family.

I feel like "Tim" used his sexuality to get even with TB because the shop didn't offer him his refund of the locks. (Which in my opinion, shouldn't have been refunded after three months went by.)

Maybe, after the guy had it out in the shop, TB blew him a kiss as in good riddance in the heat of the moment. (I don't know, I wasn't there.) Tim started an all out plan of revenge at this point. You see he was mad because he didn't get his refund. Instead, he smeared the name of a local business through the mud, and took TB down with it using only his "fragile" sexuality. "They discriminate against me because I'm gay, not because I'm an ass!"

God TB, I seriously pray for you and the rest of mankind. Some of the comments on the linked articles literally make me sick. I'm so sorry you have to be put through this.

There is a rule in business, that ANY publicity is GOOD publicity. I am not sure I always agree with that, but in this case, I feel that the shop front being posted all over the place, along with the overwhelming support for True Britt in all the forums, looks like this may be a huge help to business.

It would be true poetic justice to have this catapult the family business into a huge growth spurt.

Sorry man, especially if you did nothing you're accused of, I'm not sure how I'd react in your position.

This is a civil case where a judge needs to make a decision on probabilities, not hard evidence, which is ridiculous.

It is getting so much attention from the MSM because it is a landmark decision.

This is a stitch up of the highest order.

A stitch up indeed in my opinion, plenty of oppertunity to collect evidence and make it a criminal issue, law company that specialises in discrimination cases and a landmark case gets put through giving the judge something to talk about at dinner parties.

The only downside is that a family business with a great reputation has to go out of business.

That's where I'm at... there is something else going on.
Either there's history between this guy and TB or the guy is just a mental case.
