And yeah. I've been to the middle East. It's been a mess for a long time now. In fact it's always been a mess as far back as written language goes. Yeah the US and coalition have not helped and its gotten worse.

That has nothing to do with the fact that the refugees are destroying parts of Europe. Not only have I been there my family is from there. I was born here but my wife is European.

Don't be blind to reality. The situation is a mess. These refugees don't want to assimilate they want to change European culture. Of course not all of them but enough to be doing real damage to many (especially low population countries like Sweden) parts of Europe.

They are tired, depressed, angry, suffering all hell and a long journey to get somewhere thats not being actually destroyed outright. Somewhere a lot safer, like Europe.

Comparing their living conditions in europe now with what they left behind is comparing apples and oranges. You say you have been all over there, you've seen the destruction in the ME, complain a little more about that instead of focusing like every other media proponent on the destitute refugees in Europe.

By the way I live in the largest melting pot in the states, california, Silicon Valley. When Saigon fell (you can't possibly remember the Vietnam war), the 'boat people' (refugees) were brought here. I helped them assimilate, adapt to our country and culture. Theres also a large Latino population, they assimilate just fine from their destitution in Mexico and parts south.

I have only been to Abu Dhabi and Turkey. So I didnt see the destruction.

The families are the victims. The people who don't go to the welcoming country that is 100x safer and more free than ever existed in the middle East and become violent ungracious dangers to society. Sure the plans when they get there are not well done and they are scrambling to come up with one. But the places they were given in many situations had a higher standard of living as a poor person than their country did before the current conflicts.

The Vietnamese came here and worked and assimilated into the culture. The ones that came here faught with us in the war. They didn't demand we make exceptions for their faith and rape and murder at these numbers. They had ghettos but largely based on their culture assimilated and became extremely productive citizens.

The War you tacidly support? Are you in jail from not paying taxes as protest? Or are you full of crap?

Which unjust war? The whole scripture from abrahamics faiths is full of pillage and slaughter. They pillaged and slaughter each other and have for 1000's of years because of these books.

Excuse me, but you know damned good and well the "citizens" of European countries had absolutely no say-so whatsoever in what their respective Governments did in the ME. Furthermore, you also know quite well that as far as Syria is concerned, the refugees are fleeing barrel bombing done by the Syrian Government; refugees are fleeing violence dished out by ISIS! Refugees are fleeing failed governments in Iraq and Afghanistan.
