Ugg.. this makes my head hurt.

So did women have such a bad year that glamour magazine needed to pick a man for woman of the year?
Jenner winning the espn courage award was bad enough but this is rediculous.

I'm sympathetic to the man's situation, but all this pc/pr crap is getting old. There are loads of women that have actually done something to inspire women and they were just slapped in the face by a public relations stunt.

I don't typically follow all of that foolishness, but my wife said according to her reading that she is still a he, "junk intact". What the hells wrong with my world?

I'm always told gender is a social construct, yet at the same time told that a man can be born with a womans brain vice-versa, is that not a bit of a contradictory ideology?

Someone please explain to me why "Caitlin Jenner" is getting a million times more praise and admiration than Bruce Jenner did when he was killing it at the Olympic games years ago? Yes, I know people loved and praised him then too. But that was a rhetorical question.

I'm all for equal rights, gay rights, etc. but this has been motivated by TPTB for nefarious reasons, the media and those in power LOVE when people have identity crises and are confused, this whole thing seemed fishy to me from the start. "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" TV shows, Lamar Odom in the news for ODing on drugs at a hooker brothel, and yet important issues aren't talked about..

I'm glad some people get it. I'm appalled by the media's aggressive tactics in forcing this down our throats. It's sickening. The children being exposed to all this must be EXTREMELY confused, especially once puberty hits. The poor kids.... ugh

It's all about selling magazines. He is not even a woman physically. It was wrong for him to get the Espy award and so is this. It's all about the mighty dollar. I sincerely doubt Bruce Jenner is content with who he is. He thought this would make him happy and he'll ride the wave for a while. But I wouldn't be surprised if he commits suicide in the future. I'm not saying transexuals can't be happy. I know one who is happy with their life. I'm only referring to Bruce when I say this.

If my child tells me one day they want to change gender, I would support them. I'm not homophobic. But all this gender bending trend so popular nowadays is not good and really confusing to young impressionable minds.
