The W.T. Waggoner Ranch is larger than NYC and LA combined - it also is larger than the Greater London area (611 square miles). The ranch is 798 square miles... It's also for sale, if you're looking
Bloomberg

A mere $725 million, and this ranch could be yours! Property taxes are only $800,000 per annum. lol

FOR SALE: Largest ranch in the U.S. within a single fence. Texas fixer-upper with more than 1,000 oil wells; 6,800 head of cattle; 500 quarter horses; 30,000 acres of cropland; tombstones for legendary cowboys, long-dead dogs, and a horse buried standing up. Favorite of Will Rogers and Teddy Roosevelt. Colorful history of drinking and divorce. Fifteen-minute drive to rib-eyes at the Rusty Spur in Vernon. Ideal for Saudi oil sheiks, billionaire hedge funders, and dot-commers who can tell a cow from a steer. Profitable. Zero debt. Property taxes only $800,000 a year. Price: $725 million.

And from the Guardian:

Waggoner is one of the two biggest names in ranching history worldwide; the other is King Ranch in south Texas, said Uechtritz. Dan Waggoner started ranching the property in 1849.

The Waggoners were prominent developers of Hereford cattle, pedigree American quarter horses and thoroughbred horses. The ranch has remained in the Waggoner family; it was established as an estate in 1923 by WT Waggoner. The estate is finally on the market following decades of disputes among Waggoner’s heirs over how to liquidate the property. More than 600 people have already expressed interest in buying the ranch.

Uechtritz said buyers have been narrowed down to about a dozen and he expects to “have a winner soon”.

I also see there are a few hefty-sized lakes on the land [Don't tell Nestle!!], how fantastic!

If I was a betting man, I would say it will pass into the hands of a Chinese company or some Chinese billionaire. Would that be good, or bad? Time will tell.

The gouvernment should by it and then distribute it to any American that wants to start his business so they can become self sufficiant!

Oh I forgot, helping your population is socialism and that's evil!

Sell it to a multi billionaire and taxe the slaves instead.

Well, he can apparently afford it. For someone who is on a modest presidential salary, he has managed to amass a fortune rumoured to be over 50 billion dollars. That's very rich, even in pounds sterling.

The richest
