From USGS.gov

Magnitude: 5.4
17km SSE of Namie, Japan
2015-10-21
06:04:49 UTC
Depth: 28.2 km

Link to article on pushback.us

The quake hit both regions off the coast at a depth of 30 kilometers around 3 p.m. local time Wednesday, the Japan Meteorological Agency reports. No tsunami warning has been issued.

No Tsunami warning has been issued so far, and TEPCO reports no further damage to the already defunct nuclear facilities in Fukushima. (For whatever THAT is supposed to be worth) No injuries or deaths have been reported.

Interesting though, considering the 7.1 they just had down in Vanuatu earlier today.
Makes me wonder about this coronal hole we've observed... I wonder if we can expect any more big quakes in the next few days?

Not a prediction, no, just the name of the site. I've chosen a different secondary source to avoid any more confusion.
