im being watched, what now?

for matters id rather not bring up on a internet forum i was and believe i am still being being watched by police, my only question is what now?

have you been watched?
how did you adapt?
what should i do?

But without you giving any details, why should anyone on ATS help you? For all we know the police or "authorities" could want you for very good reasons. A little background would be helpful otherwise prepare to get trolled on this thread

were there subpoenas issued? Was there a formal investigation into your person, or are you just suspecting "they" investigated you?

Unless you were involved in a criminal enterprise, most likely no one is watching you. Except the background watching of everyone's online activities and data. Very few people are important enough to actually follow and have their every mundane activity monitored 24/7, by real live agents.

If you were involved in a criminal enterprise and the police were investigating you but found nothing. That is not the same thing as the government watching you. That is the police investigating a criminal matter. That is not you winning and being a freedom fighter. That is you getting away with a crime.

Of course if what they did not find, somehow does not relate to a criminal enterprise, and instead relates to something of a political or whistleblowing nature. Then maybe you are being followed. But I still doubt it.

Quite simply just go out and have a walk in the woods and after a few hundred yards decide to stop and enjoy the view....obviously anyone who seems to follow you they can be invited to enjoy the view and you'll be sure.
