Israeli Violations of U.N. Security Council Resolutions

Of course, the references here, were only to the massive land grave in course. I left out all the other violations, such as terrorist attacks, invasions of sovereign countries, collective punishment, racism, massacre of civilians, abduction, support of armed groups, assassination attempts, deportations, blockades, imprisonment and the continued flagrant violations of the Fourth Geneva Convention. All of this officially recognized and register by the United Nation and the "civilized world".

Stop this debate ... it's going nowhere.
The role of that kind of troll is to derail every Israeli thread around the deny of the Palestinian's people to exist without daring to ever promote the mandatory inherent racism or the expected ethnic cleansing required to achieve his ideal.

Ah the ideal of a Jewish Israel ... That's what will doom Israel :

The Disaster That Judaism Won’t Survive

The debacle here is above all cultural: It concerns the failure of Israeli society to forge a Judaism that is substantively democratic, a Judaism that self-evidently does not contradict democracy but, on the contrary, buttresses it. Instead, Judaism is being shaped as a violent ethnic identity, a Spartan religion of a nation of masters, an atavistic, nationalist entity, which instead of conducting a dialogue with modernity is choosing to divest itself of liberal traits it had already internalized, including some that were always ingrained in it.

This cultural debacle will become a historical disaster if, heaven forbid, Israel truly becomes exclusively “Jewish” in the future. Democracy will obviously suffer in that case, and along with it the population between the Jordan and the sea. A terrible period will ensue, but as with every past tyranny, this one, too, will collapse. When that happens, the true tragedy will be revealed: It will emerge that for the whole world, Judaism has become synonymous with apartheid and occupation, violence and oppression, despotism and subjugation.

Judaism has survived many disasters. This is one disaster it will not survive.

The UN, aware that some of their schools were likely to be under fire, vacated and closed 23 schools for the safety of students and staff. They did not 'hang around' asking Israel multiple times to not be in the firing line. That is simply not a safe or logical thing to do and indicates an error in reasoning by those who are attempting to use this as propaganda.
Hamas are also accused of using UN schools, that had been vacated during the conflict, for the storage and launching of rockets and other military equipment. This was reported on three separate occasions by the UNRWA who ran the schools and they even turned over some of the rockets they found, to the IDF, as proof.

Attacks on schools serving as United Nations-designated shelters for internally-displaced persons

OHCHR documented a number of cases where those seeking shelter found they had nowhere safe to go. [..] UNRWA notified the Israeli authorities 33 times of the coordinates of the shelter, and the fact that it was housing displaced persons, the last time one hour before the incident. Eyewitnesses said that there were no activities of armed groups in the area at the time.

Attacks on hospitals and medical personnel

According to the World Health Organization, 17 hospitals and 56 primary health clinics were destroyed or sustained damages during hostilities[..] There are also numerous reports of attacks on or near ambulances and ambulance staff, causing death, injury and damage. In several cases, this was even after ambulances coordinated their movement directly with the Israeli Civil Liaison Office or through the ICRC. Three PRCS staff, including the driver, had to leave the vehicle to reach the child, which they did only after coordination with the IDF via the ICRC. The IDF then allegedly shot the driver. The remaining PRCS staff were allegedly shot at several times

Attacks on other civilian objects and infrastructure

Civilian objects protected under international humanitarian law - such as industrial infrastructure, farms, water and sanitation installations, the Gaza Power Plant, a water desalination station, mosques, and universities - sustained severe damage or were destroyed.[..] In any event, the widespread impact of destruction of such facilities would make it very unlikely that such attacks could be proportionate

From this report I only transcribed some of the IDF War crimes .. (Please start using source for your claims)

The UN figures on casualties, weapons use and damage are different and more specific than those of Amnesty (which were provided to Amnesty by Hamas).

So Amnesty info is now provided by Hamas? wow! Amazing shift from your previous "list" of non biased organizations!?
By the way did I cleared up the denial of access to Gaza, or not?

I never provided a "list of non-biased organizations", every human rights group involved in the conflict has its own bias.

I mentioned that Amnesty used Hamas supplied figures because because they quote Hamas as the source.

I also have read (in Amnesty's report) that Amnesty had two 'operatives' in the Gaza strip, and close to Hamas leadership, at the time of the conflict. These were in fairly constant contact with Amnesty, throughout. The claim that they were denied access conflicts with the facts that Amnesty themselves have provided.

As such is the case for both Amnesty and the UN, the accusation that they were prevented from access to assess the situation is entirely and provably false.

I do not want to appear as condoning Israel's actions but the fact that the claims made are rationally inconsistent speaks volumes.

Both sides need to cease hostilities, accept their ethnic differences and shared territories before anyone is truly "free". The land is occupied by its inhabitants - they aren't going anywhere. A shared democracy, based upon proportional representation in small area subdivisions (local councils) and reporting to a similar democratic and proportionally based higher level of government is the ONLY reasonable solution.

Those who murder and terrorize (on either side) should be convicted as murderers and dealt with accordingly. There is no justification for violence, especially against the innocent, as is occurring now.

The "Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor" organization is NOT associated with the "Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network" (EMHRN).
[..]
Israel and organizations such as Amnesty International, Penal Reform International, International Federation of Human Rights, Human Rights Watch, International Service for Human Rights & the World Organisation Against Torture are NOT members of the "Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor" organization but are members of EMHRN.
The conclusion is that one is a legitimate international human rights organization, the other is a propaganda mill.

No its not, its true!

First Amnesty International:

Israel has continued to deny access to Gaza for international human rights organizations including Amnesty International and the organization has been forced to conduct its research for this report remotely [..]

Second UN:
Resolution A/HRC/RES/S-21/1
GENEVA ( 23 December 2014) (notice time after ceasefire in 26 August 2014)

The United Nations Independent Commission of Inquiry on the 2014 Gaza Conflict, (established under Resolution A/HRC/RES/S-21/1) continues to do its utmost to obtain access to the Gaza Strip, as well as the West Bank including East Jerusalem, and access to Israel, in order to fulfil its mandate. The Commission has repeatedly sought the cooperation of the Government of Israel to facilitate access so the Commissioners can meet face to face a wide range of victims of alleged violations and also the relevant authorities.

UN source

23 March 2015

The Commission has done its utmost to obtain access to Israel and the Gaza Strip, as well as to the West Bank, including East Jerusalem. We would very much have liked to meet face to face with victims and the authorities in these places. In October and November 2014 the Commission wrote to the Government of Israel requesting access. We wrote again in January and February this year, but to date we have received no response to our letters.

OP. Answer this. DID yasser arafatt and the PLO leadership at one time or another state that the current palestinian people did not exist until they said so? I seem to remember arafatt doing a interview before where he states something to that effect. YES or NO. The whole situation leans on that question.

So deny facts, deny the real situation, deny the fact that your source is heavily biased

Plug your ears, refuse to answer the questions and scream "LALALALALALAL LISTEN TO ME JUST DO IT" instead

Your utter disdain and contempt for the Jewish People and Israel itself, clouds your judgement

Yet the main focus is to descredit the source, not to discuss the evidence presented on OP video.

The evidence is so compelling, that they tryall kind of tactics, accusations and assumptions withou any support, just to discredit anything.

The facts of the abuses against Palestinians are so overhelming that anyone could fight agaisnt some of these bigot's.

It's my beliefe the truth will come to the surface, has its starting to show by type of the snake attacks, in this very thread.

See thats th esame type of mentality like some inner cities have. So what thomas had a gun and shot a few cops. he was murdered in cold blood in that shoot out. Self defense against certain people is called murder because they cant win any other way.

wow! talking of "heavily biased " dudes!

Now lets take a look at Palestine has defined by the United Nations:
CHAPTER II
A. GEOGRAPHIC AND DEMOGRAPHIC FACTORS

Physical features
1. The total land area of Palestine is estimated to be about 26,000 square kilometres or a little over 10,000 square miles,40/ but about halt of this area is uninhabitable desert.

2. Situated at the cross-roads between Europe, Asia and North Africa, however, this small territory enjoys a geographical position from which it has derived, during much of its turbulent history, the ill-matched gifts of political strife and economic advantage.
etc...

Population

(a) POPULATION STATISTICS
10. There have been two censuses of population in Palestine, in 1922 and in 1931.[..]
The population statistics of Palestine, compiled in this manner, are considered to be fairly accurate;

12. The total settled population of Palestine at the end of 1946 was estimated to be nearly 1,846,000.42/ This is nearly three times the total population as revealed by the census of 1922 or, more exactly, an increase of 184 per cent. In greater detail, the population growth since 1922 has been as follows:

more detail:

13. Since the main lines of conflict in Palestine are between Jews and Arabs as conscious national groups, it is of some importance to distinguish the population according to this classification. On this basis, the population at the end of 1946 was estimated as follows:

Arabs, 1,203,000; Jews, 608,000; others, 35,000; Total, 1,846,000.

14. It will have been noticed that not only has there been a remarkably rapid increase in the total population of Palestine but also the proportion of Jews in the total has greatly increased, from 12.91 -per cent in 1922 to 32.96 per cent in 1946. Conversely, of course, the Arab proportion has fallen since 1922. The Moslem proportion of the population (almost entirely Arab) has fallen from about 75 per cent of the total to 60 per cent, and the Christian proportion (very largely Arab) from 11 per cent to 8 per cent.
