Because you have demonstrated over the course of Earthly time that you are NOT worthy of being included in our Galactic Council.

We instructed you to get rid of your religious rhetoric. We instructed you to quit being greedy, selfish war mongers. We instructed you to love each other. We instructed you to get rid of all weapons. We instructed you on what makes a good galactic neighbor.

You have ignored us and so, my dear Earthlings…we have decided to allow you to complete the destruction of your precious planet and we will only save those innocent souls that are deserving.

Why they call themselves Federation. Such advanced civilization needs no federation as they all live in peace and harmony and skills that they have need no organized structure to make things "happen" ... This federation must be relic from star wars movies..

Well aliens are probably more evolved beings, and liberalism is evolutionary novel (new) construct in human development. It stands to reason that the more we evolve, the more liberal we'll become over time. We're already a thousand times more liberal than our cave-dwelling ancestors.
