Well, I certainly don't like the media fawning over Hillary when Bernie won the internet by miles and poor O'Malley who though he started wooden really brought some heat after about 30 minutes or so. People Left of Far-Right have two great choices and sadly are letting themselves be snowed by right-wing Hillary. /rantoff

That said CNN and other outlets though playing dirty do have T&C's for comment sections, I suspect they aren't being followed. And anyway they are wasting time bitching about the wrong thing and in the wrong places. Like it or not, believe it or not... social media is where this needs to happen. Trends and up-votes on Reddit, Twitter and Facebook get noticed. Giving CNN control over your words is silly. Take it to Twitter.

I'm actually leaning towards O'Malley, right now. I like a lot of things w/Bernie, but I'm trying to learn more about O'Malley's record as Governor. A lot of the poor people & minorities I've talked to from the area say hes been very good with their issues. And not just through talk but through actual passed policies & initiatives. I don't know enough about the local politics to know what they were talking about though, hence my new research of him. lol

And you're right, people need to focus more on social media. Though I do think there should be some people who keep the pressure up on the MSM when they do stuff like this. There are always some people who don't have the time to research candidates or research media outlets. So they may stick to the outlets they trust, and therefore, won't even realize these shenanigans are going on (basically, a captive audience).

i just love how this is total proof that the tide is turning, america is pissed off.

the other night on the nightly show that larry bloke goes 'am i just gonna be completely wrong about this election and we're going to be swearing trump in? am i missing something here?'

funnily enough all the nightly show talked about last night was hilary too, saying she attacked bernie and said to joe biden 'this is what you're up against' hahahaa

yes, yes you are.

people are seeing through the cabal's transparent attempts to get 'their' guy/gal in the top spot. and there's a REVOLT happenin'! i reckon a charismatic cat could win this year and do a better job than 90% of the jokes.

For the hour or so I watched this debate, it was very clear that CNN was using loaded questions to engineer public opinion. They want someone who is going to be corporate friendly, and Mr Sanders clearly does not fall into that category. Also they certainly don't want someone who is going to oppose the plutocracy. I don't know why his supporters are surprised at all. At least he was allowed in the debate, Ron Paul wasn't even allowed when he was running if I remember correctly.

Only reason Bernie was allowed is because I think the powers that be realize things are exceedingly shaky right now, and they have to be careful how they handle the Bernie situation. Handle it wrong and there might be an uprising. I'm not sure they've quite figured out their full game plan yet.

I am surprised, that people are surprised, that corporate owned media protects corporate owned politicians.

so....does that mean the republican house of representatives who have 250 member majority are all corporate owned?.....or the 54 republican senate majority are corporate owned, or the 31 republican governor majority are corporate owned, or the 5 conservative supreme court judges are corporate owned.........I guess that's from all the liberal media bias !!!!!!!

Yup all corporate owned, so is all the democrats in positions too, nothing "liberal" here as is said to be both sides of the fence.

Bernie stands out, not because he's a democrat, or anything like that, but because he refuses corporate bribery, and rejects the corporate powerhouse, something not a single other repub or demo does.

Bernie is unique in this way, all his money comes from the working class.

Having watched the debate, I did find it odd that MSM declared Clinton "the winner" and began immediately promoting her nearly to the exclusion of all other candidates.

I felt he gave a very good accounting of himself, but somehow the depiction/spin is that he was too timid, too friendly, and therefore "lost." (Or, in the best appraisals online I've seen, came in second.)

I do feel the email comment and handshake were probably politically damaging, to be fair, and I never agree with party solidarity for its own sake. His strength has been that he is willing to not be in solidarity with the party, and this felt like a calculated departure, and did raise my eyebrows. On the other hand, his second amendment position was a refreshing departure from the usual Dem position.

This is somehow painted as "less liberal," but I'm as liberal and - personally - uncomfortable with guns as they come and still support second amendment rights. Never understood why "liberalism" would be interpreted as wanting to curtail a right rather than advocate it personally, or why defending that right would be seen as "more to the right," but I digress.

I still liked more of what he had to say apart from the possible party solidarity moment than any other candidate up there. Barring major statements or actions on his part that would make me heavily disagree with him, he is still the only candidate I find myself in agreement with 99.9% of the time, and I will vote for him in the primaries unless that changes between now and then.

I have no party loyalty (registered as undeclared,) and if he isn't in the general election, I won't be voting personally. First candidate in my lifetime I feel comfortable voting for.

Peace.

I hate to say it, but you guys all sound like a bunch of frustrated Republicans and/or conservatives. You do. You really do.

All this rage about the media bias and deleted comments.

We've only been singing the blues on this for years.

You all should take a good long time out and think about this and ask yourselves: Do you or do you not now consider that maybe, just maybe we might have had a point on this?

CNN's breaking news yesterday and even today was some ex-basketball player having a heart attack from taking herbal viagra and coc aine at a brothel.

CNN is a joke and they simply do whatever makes them money or gets them viewers. They have a huge infrastructure and could be 1000x better.

All they have is a popular household name.

there have been some threads here that defy logic and are just plain stupid, they should be removed by the mods...the earth is flat, sun rotates around the earth...are 2 that come to mind....I think ATS is now a "make as many outrageous and untrue posts as possible" site. it possibly could be a "nerd drinking game"....or a college humor experiment, or a real experiment to see how worked up members will get, when they are told "the sky is orange" type of statements......

Looks like CNN is somehow playing favorites.

I down;t watch much of the debate. The little I saw made it apparent to me the whole thing was de facto promotion of Hillary.

She was in the center, the others were constantly interrupted, while she was allowed to interrupt others. When others were responding she was included in the shot to show her genuflection and approval or disapproval.

You guys haven't figured out she's the chosen one yet? The hawk that over saw the toppling of Libya, promises to use the military at a moments notice, supports the Zionists, big business, cover things up and work in secret?

Cha ching…

Hillary is chosen by the establishment, but Bernie Sanders performed extremely well in the debate. For one thing he showed, in the national spotlight, that he was very much a serious candidate. And if you did watch the debate, I think that Bernie truly was the winner, and the polls seem to suggest that most agree. He is already winning, officially, in New Hampshire, and generally in Iowa. Defeatist attitudes perpetuate defeat.

I thought Hillary was promised the WH the last time around when she lost to Obama? I'm sure she's getting tired of being told to hang on and THIS time it'll happen.

It means that many of the politicians are corporate owned and it is no secret that Hillary is one of them.

It's nice to see liberals getting the same treatment that conservatives have been getting for years. Hell, if you made any comment even slightly critical of Trayvon, Mike Brown etc, it was definitely going to be deleted by just about any major media website.

Must be tough to be a bleeding heart liberal and your comments get deleted. Liberals can usually rely on media outlet websites to delete only their opponents comments. The problem is, now it's liberal on liberal. WHO CAN BE THE SOFTEST!! WHO CAN GIVE AWAY THE MOST MONEY!! WHO'S THE MOST SELF HATING!!
Tune in November 2016 to find out the results.

I have to seriously question what material you read if you believe that Hillary is a liberal. She a democrat but she is no liberal. Ron Paul was more liberal than Hillary.
