MH370 wreckage found in Philippines?

So is this the most likely explanation for the skeletons,the boys found the long lost Connie and don't know the difference between it and a Boeing 777? But this doesn't explain the claimed Malaysian flag they found.

The Malaysian flag could very easily be mistaken for the USA flag, especially if partially covered by vegetation

I have searched images of Flying Tiger Line planes and they show a flag on the tail fin which appears to be without the stars, just stripes and a blue box, although it could be poor quality photos. This would be nearly identical to a Malaysian flag.

As with any "mystery" where a government might or might not have a hand, the more cover stories put out, the more confusion, the more questions to be asked the better. I think it's done in the hopes that people will eventually get bored of reading false/ hoax/ mistake stories and seriously stop looking for the plane.
