People are getting it wrong. As far back as 2005, it was DARPA with whom we were collaborating.
Our experiment on controlling animation with eye movements. (Refresh or open the applet in a new window by right-clicking to see the beginning of the
alignment process. It works better if you go through the alignment.)
Whichever rotating circle your eyes focus on, is the circle that will stop rotating.
