Hey now you open this can of worms.

Where was the DUE PROCESS you denied to the residents of Roseberg, Oregon calling them names yesterday eh ?

Two can play this game.

Irrelevant. Don't try to change the subject when you have been caught with your pants down.

By the way, they were not on trial.

Do you understand due process?

That isn't 'irrelevant'.

That's called HYPOCRISY.

And come to find out most of the "organizers" were not from the community and did not lose anyone in that tragedy.

Try again?

Also, how did I deny them due process when they were not on trial?

Again, do you understand due process?

You're not allowing her the right to due process. You are posting propaganda to sway opinion.

Quit #ting on the Constitution.

Ohhh but I'm not the investigator or prosecutor.

I know my rights as a Citizen.

Touche. Free speech does allow you the right to spread propaganda.

Enjoy your right.

You, and others, have convicted her of wrongdoing, spreading lies and propaganda, before any process has completely taken place.

That contradicts the constitutional right of due process and is applying guilt before guilt is proven.

So you pull out the childhood favorite of "I know you are but what am I"?

Can't do any better?

You make this too easy.

Do not all people in this country have a right to due process, or only those you politically agree with?

There is no due process until she is charged, back to basic's 101.

She's been very quiet on this issue, actually. What control has she lost? Please elaborate.

It was her choice to withhold all her emails until right before she announced
a second run for the White House. People can and will form opinions;
that she was Sec of State and disregarded all protocol and laws governing
her requirement to turn over a full record and certify it is her own doing.
Why did she withhold her emails to begin with?

People can and will and should judge her on that choice, which appears
to safeguard her own convenience ability ( interpreted sell out the country)
using her Sec of State office as position of gaining intel to do so.

Exactly! She hasn't been charged with anything! Why are we convicting her in the court of public opinion before any guilt is even implied?

Good question. I'll let the process go through before I form an opinion.

People should let the process run it's course. Anything else contradicts the constitution.
